Sailing around the Needles as a six year old, I asked mum, "when do we pass the pins?" Love these kind of village stories. I imagine the villagers got compensated😘
Again, you win the Academy Award for the best music in a YT channel. Not so easy to find quality incidental music done by an orchestra. First-rate work as usual on presentation. We have got to get you more subscribers, but as it has been said, "if you build it, they will come."
Glad you enjoy it, and you're right, the music can be hard to find but that's why it's super important that when you hear something which seems to match a moment in your head, you (I) immediately create a mini playlist and put it in. I must have over a thousand songs saved up now and all slotted into 'mood moments' playlists. In all honesty the follower count isn't nearly as important as the followers we do have still loving the content we create, and that's what always inspires us to keep trying to improve. That's my main focus now and of course building the 'Cadoha Anchorages Guide' over on the website so that hopefully we would have at least (hopefully) made something of some use when we're all done. 🙏🏻☺️⛵️ www.cadoha.com/britishanchorages
Ah amazing, well have you checked out our new 'anchorages section' on the website? Hopefully there are plenty of ideas for places to call in on there? www.cadoha.com/britishanchorages
Once again a stunning video, pleasure to watch.👌 The content, videography, music, scenery and your narration Dom are second to none, congratulations. 👏👏 Good to see and hear Carly and Hank in this vlog too. I look forward to having the alert that you’ve released another beauty for us to watch and enjoy! Fair winds, all the best Andy ⛵️
I proposed to my now fiancé while anchored for a few nights in worbarrow bay last summer. We then ran into you guys a couple of times around Falmouth towards the end of the season. Didn't want to seem like a couple of weirdos so didn't let on that we'd seen your channel. Great to see that you're continuing the adventure!!
Stunning, just absolutely stunning guys. Beautifully put together too - always a treat. I constantly look forward to every episode. Take good care Dom, Carley and Hank.....Alan, Sunshine Coast, Caloundra, Queensland, AUSTRALIA
I really hope to visit there someday and have the same background music play for me. I’ve said it before, your gift for sound design is amazing. I’d hire you just to follow me around and play the appropriate music while I go about my day. Lol
Hi , there is ment to be a submarine sunk off there during the last war . My great grand farther was moved out of that area along with the others a great place to visit . Thanks for your video, have fun and keep going . 🤔👍👍🐕👍
You're getting good at this! Christchurch is a pretty town, but you'd probably have to anchor in the bay and take the dinghy through the harbour which is pretty shallow, and timing it through The Run at the entrance is critical, but there's plenty to see once there.
Wonderful to see the three of you back out on the water! Superb video graphics and perfect match of music. By far my favourite sailing channel!..... Britain is indeed beautiful.
You give me so much. Can't remember if Tina Turner ever sang that. Regardless, thank you for this episode of your travels and much to look forward to. P.
A rather melancholy account of the village of Tyneham. By the looks of things, it's been set aside as a monument, and most everything was abandoned and left as-is when the military took it over, a sort of "arrested decay." In the harsh and inhospitable mountains of Eastern California lies the ghost town of Bodie, now maintained as a state park, where all the remaining buildings (all wooden) and their contents, are kept in a state of "arrested decay," under the most severe conditions. Quite a different set of circumstances between the two localities, but it gives one a real sense of the history of a place. England has been on my "list" since I was 12, when I first became aware of her rich history, culture, and customs. I grew up on English movies of the 50's and early 60's, and I have always had a love for English people and their humor (giveaway American spelling). Greetings from Oregon USA.
It was a as story indeed, Greg and I hope you manage to tick England off of your list, there’s so much history packed into this tiny Little Rock that I think you’d enjoy the trip over 👌🏼😊
great to see Carley and Hank......and you of course....fantastic drone shots .....just keep it coming for all of us who have to work on dry land and cant be there except on a laptop.....take care guys xx
We'll be sure to keep them coming as much as we can. Thanks for choosing to hang out with us for 15 minutes or so, I know there's a whole lot of choice out there on the inter-webs and of course time is precious, so we really appreciate it. ☺️🙏🏻
Brilliant video. Watched it again. Thought you might have been further west by now, but see from my boat AIS you are off Swanage. Again making good use of these light winds. Hope they stay that way as we are off from Poole to Beaulieu tomorrow. As you say a great place to visit
No we're just making the most of the unusual weather and filling in lots of gaps n the anchorage map that we never managed to cover previously. Enjoy Beaulieu, it's going to be a cracker of a day by the looks of it 🙏🏻☺️
Hey there guys. Fantastic to be following your adventures again. We never stopped at that bay, alas it’s too late for us with the sale of Seashanti looming closer. Never worry we can enjoy the adventure with you guys. Love yu.
Thats a great little visit such a beautiful spot. Have you guys seen the boat building academy in lyme regis, as your on the south coat of you can time it right visiting they have some amazing traditions projects on the go
Great episode as usual guys. Love to see our old stomping grounds. Worbarrow is so special partly because it is so rare that the stars align to allow you to stay. Our favourite is the other end known as Mupe cove. It’s still Worbarrow but the western end. Don’t know if you’ve been but if not put it on your list. Thanks for a great reminder of home 😍😊⛵️
We knew just ow lucky we were to have the opportunity to get into and stay here. Yes we've also stayed in Mupe Bay once right back when we first started out, even caught my first brown crab there 😬🦀
I’d like to see a little more of your route planning ahead of your actual sailing. I know Carley is fantastic in all this but it would be nice if you could share a sliver of how you set up the heading now and then?
I agree with @bohlinsproject , I know the area where you are at the moment as I used to live in Wareham but a bit more chart viewing would not go amiss, glad the idea is aboard.
Great anchorage but katabatic winds can be a problem in the night with a NE. Last year had 35Kn in east end and friends only had 10Kn at Mupe end, as you know, not a great distance at all. Great walks all around the entire bay.
Yes, it's a shame that's the main reason why you're cut off from that spot most of the time, feeling very lucky that we managed to get weather and a ceasefire at the same time 🙏🏻☺️
It feels good to throw the anchor over and not worry about losing the dingy again though when I'm diving for scallops 😬 Although I agree it is a touch overkill 🤣
Did you anchor in Chapman's Pool? Only reason for asking is I spotted a very similar looking yacht there on the morning of Saturday 3rd June. And if you managed that climb out of Worbarrow Bay - well done!
Yes we were indeed in Chapmans pool for a couple of days too. Making the most of the unusual weather recently to fill in some more anchorages for the website ☺️🙏🏻 www.cadoha.com/britishanchorages
@@CadohaAdventures I have been enjoying your VLOG for quite a while now and I really admire what CADOHA is doing. I have saved a copy of your very useful anchorage information - for my own use in the very near future. Thank you Dom, thank you Carly. And . . . a salutary 'WOOF!' to Hank ;-)
We have not been down that end of the Solent since the island formed- how did you find it through the narrows? I wonder if it is increasing the tidal flow?
Again a great movie, thanks for this. Lobster was looking amazing delicious. Question: What brand is your walkie talkie headset? We looking for one, same purpose.

Nicely done folks👌👌👌
It was a real stroke of luck there 😬
Glad you enjoyed the video, Chris and thanks for taking the time to say hi 👋 😊⛵️
Sailed to Warbarrow bay many times. This and Lulworth Cove both fantastic places to chill out. Enjoy the scenery. Capt John
We’re certainly going to make most out every drop of favourable weather we get in these places 🙏🏼😊
So glad you’re back making videos.
