    It's disheartening not being able to hear this video because of your out-going volume setting.
    You guys share so much valuable and very-hard to find information, and I am grateful for that.

      @@mard7569 Okay then, maybe it is time for me to consider getting a new speaker set or a volume booster app.

      We're sorry you aren't able to hear it! The volume seems to be working fine on our end so check your speakers. Hopefully you will be able to get it working!

      @@PlantBasedKidneyHealth It wasn't my speakers, and apparently it was not your out-put volume setting either.
      I am not very tech savvy but it must be my service provider causing me latency because this videos volume is fine today.
      I can actually hear both of you now, so I can finish watching the video

    Thx Dr Hashmi for this excellent and lifesaving Infos as always. In general these kind of Infos are rarely told to the large public with so clarity and accuracy .
    At 73 yrs, my EGFR is 72 and my hsCRP is 0.15 but my hemoglobin is around 12 g and doesn't increase despite iron supplements. No diabetes or hypertention.stomach fibroscopy and colonoscopy also normal. Maybe 12 g hemoglobin and low ferritin are healthy for me. Are there other alternatives ?

    Hi Doc, why would a hemoglobin level of more than 11 increase the risk of mortality and stroke for people with CKD? I tried googling it but I couldn't find any answer. Thank you

      Hi Aloke. We don't use ESA in patients with cancer unless the oncologist gives the okay. The concern is in increased risk of cancer progression

    Where is your probiotic video? Is there a natural way to get iron? Is olive oil ok to eat? Can u have a video on constipation?

    • @PlantBasedKidneyHealth
      @PlantBasedKidneyHealth  Рік тому

      We don't have a probiotic video yet. Iron can come from the diet. And iron absorption can be increased from the diet by pairing foods higher in iron with foods higher in vitamin C!

    Can you talk next time about uric acid, gout, kidney function and kidney disease? Is there any association between beta Thalassemia and high uric acid? Or is high uric acid due primarily to eating too much proteins--animal and plant-based. Traditional Chinese Medicine advises prople with gout or high uric acid against eating beans, mushrooms, asparagus, gravies from animal meat, among others.
