The first time I lifted my truck I started with 20x10 and 35x12.50x20, I didn't like the way the truck looked, so I went for 24x14 and 36x14.50x24 and it was the best I could choose. my only problem is getting a place to do the balance & alignment, the tires are not eating evenly and I am frustrated that I can't fix that problem, and the balance are not the best, still shakes a bit
I appreciate you sharing your inside man I’m definitely pinning this comment! I never ran 24 x 14‘s all my friends do and they look great don’t get me wrong but a lot of them say they are headaches at times. But if you go do the lifted thing it kind of comes with the territory
@@KickinItWithQ I forgot to mention that in addition to my RC 7.5" suspension I had to add 2" of body lift kit and that was the only solution to have a full turn without any rubbing and deep trimming. But hey! looks awesome🤣❤

I have 37s and I didn’t regear but you definitely will need a tune or regear imo. Otherwise it’ll be hella sluggish

Personally, unless you have like 9+" lift, 14 wides are obnoxious. Lol! But people are free to rock what they like, I know I've slowly gone bigger and wider on every build but I'm stopping at 12 wides. Haha.

Yea you got to go def bigger than 6in without rub. Same I’ve gone bigger and def love 24x14 look but think 24x12 my happy place on a f150 . I think protection is one thing people often forget about. Plus price of bigger tires are more expensive. Glad I didn’t sound like a hater

I’m running 35x12.5x22 bro and I don’t see my self going any bigger or wider, I can fit in all car washes, drive thru and wal mart parking lots (always get out and look back at the truck) 🤪😜 it’s a beast with the stance I have. Love your videos keep them coming. Debating on getting the rock lights and wheel lights
Yea it really comes down to preference and if you can deal with some of the headaches of the bigger sizes. Def do the Rocklights at least.

Yep arkon has super wide offset which is dope
And the offset makes a big difference.
I have a 2018 F250 with 2half inch leveling kit springs&FOX shocks.
And I'm running 20×10 Negative 12 offset with 37×13,5 20 zero rubbing or trimming,,,,THOSE 37S 12PLY TIRES ARE HEAVY!!

I think it’s best to have 2 trucks one for truck shows and one for work. That’s what I’m doing so i don’t have to worry about daily my truck on wides.

-44 are a good look. Don’t get me wrong 24x14 are 🔥 but you’ll be fine with 12 wides
Q, my next update will be 20” x12.5x35. I currently run a 6” lifts with 18” x12.50x 35” tires . I have a few years though since my tires are new. I run fender flares but will offset to show just a little tire.

I have 20x10 for now I'm going to go 22x12. I have a older ram so the wheel wells are bigger no cutting necessary still a little poke and moderate wear. I run a lot of highway and do some trailer towing so this set up isn't the most ideal but best for looks and budget.. imo

Trust me Q 12.50x35 is the best setup a man can get. It’s aggressive and it’s not overkill. Most people like a setup like that because it’s not obnoxious but just looks mean… not to sound cocky but that’s what I have on my red and it gets enough complements lol. Ready to see what you come up with though man! ❤️

I’m not sure but I raised them an 1in. I don’t rub at all bro. If you get 37s def requires more trimming and higher lift than with 35s. With 7.5 you should be good with 37s

It's like you always say, you have to pay to play. I stopped at 35X12.5X24 Tires on 24X12 rims. Looks awesome for everyday use. Has a nice stance and still gets lots of compliments. Show trucks are different in my mind. If I had one I would not be driving it every day.

Before I got the wheel and tire setup, I was running my Ram Chrome Clad 20s with a 2 inch spacer. Tires were technically 33 in Street tires, wheel was a 20x9, so it basically was a 20x11 after the spacers. Ran those for about a year with no problems, but just upgraded to 4Play 4P60s 22x12 - 44 on Predator Mutant 35x12.5. COMPLETELY changed the look of the truck. I'm only on a 2.5 inch level lift, and it rubs just at full lock. Plan on doing some trimming over the Summer soon. Great vid, and yeah, I'm glad I went with the 12s and not the 14s. Drive thrus still make my forehead bead up though! 😂

My 10 wides look strong sometimes at the right angle. I think I’ll be switching out to 12 wides though.
You’ll be happy with 12s after 12s you’ll want 14s 😂. It’s a progression

Basically. Lifting your truck is just NOT a good move, destroying a good truck. I will admit, trucks like this look AMAZING...but, but...I would NEVER do this. Fuel economy, road noise, too many things that are not in your favor when doing setups like this.I've spoken to lots of people that do this, and they all say the same things. They immediately start to talk about all the things that are not good about the setup. lol. I just don't have it in my to do this to my truck at all...I live through you all guys.
