Very useful, I’ll try this as I need to relax… thanks 🙏🏿
I find it so hard to relax sometimes. Thank you.
Very simple and effective presentation. Gained a lot. Thank you, I am trying to practice regularly.
I tried this yesterday. I was very tense and had painful knots in ny neck. I lay back on a recliner chair and the last thing I remember was relaxing the jaw. I woke up about 30 minutes later feeling extremely relaxed and the knots in my neck had gone. BTW I had at least 9 hours solid sleep the night before so I didn't lack sleep.
Dear Mary,
I have stayed in MacCLANE not far from Herndon . If by chance you have a cancellation tomorrow,or even a half hour for cranio,I think it would help me a lot. And of course I could see your office. I will be coming back on Friday also. Late afternoon .
I know that I also have an appointment on Monday. .
Thanks
Can someone tell me, why this happened with me?
When I was at the forest as the sun went down. It suddenly became too dark. I stopped it and also suddenly an infinite number of crows came out of the trees/Woods.
I personally don’t think I’ve relaxed before obviously besides sleep. So I hope this helps
Questions. Is this not the same state you go into when you are in a numb state also ? I have had bad abuse threw my youth and have had flashbacks from 20 to now at 45 . I have always had a low everything rate body temperature heart rate all of that . Oh I did not salivate hell I was not even caring. I have to body scan to remind myself to check in with myself that I need to go to the restroom. I do not think the parts of my brain that sees itself as important did not develope .
Whenever I try to relax..... it makes me nervous.....
