    I’ve been practicing this technique every night before sleep for two years now and it has helped me tremendously. Not only I fall asleep fully relaxed I’m also more in touch with my body during the day. I’m less tensed and stressed.
    Thank you so much for this from the bottom of my heart.

    I don’t think I got past the hips part, I went straight to sleep. It’s crazy how effective his voice is and this technique.

    I just want to say thank you so much I can cry rn. I tried to get a girls number at the gym and I complete embarrassed myself 2x cause of how un confident i am cause of social anxiety. I embarrassed myself but I saw how uncomfortable she was when I was talking with her, she had very nervous laughter when I asked why didn’t you text me back. I knew why but just wanted to interact. For some reason after I felt so bad and disappointed, I had this anxiety still continuing and I just couldn’t continue to stay like this. After this meditation here, it just took SO MUCH FUCKING WEIGHT OF ME ESPECIALLY MY CHEST PAIN/ANXIETY. Thank you. I will use this forever and will continue to battle my social anxiety cause it’s honestly killing my life. Good-luck to everyone ❤

    This was really helping my with insomnia, but since adverts have been added I can no longer use it. It's such a shame, I'm going to now have to find something else.

    This is called yoga nidra in Hinduism. Its just so simple u don't sleep but be in consciousness.

    Never sure what to do when told to 'relax arms/legs/stomach etc' - how?

      Just imagine they are very heavy and sinking to the floor. Or think they are liquid and sag like a water balloon. Imagine the particular body part that way and your body will follow that advice.

    I like this and am committing to practice it daily for the next month, but I do not understand the "do it now" phrase. It seems a bit disturbing to me. Is there a specific reason for it?

    Who later took the titles: Pope and the Council of Cardinals...
    They deliberately broke the Lord's prayer,
    when they instituted the translation in Latin...
    Recognize that the Father wants a personal relationship with you,
    and he desires that you want one with him.
    That means you have your part in this.
    Do your part.
    So, when you pray to the Father, remember:
    the words are for you to build a vision with.
    In essence: Tell-A-Vision to the Father.
    Let him see it in your mind.
    Be clear, get precise, aim for accuracy.
    In essence, you asked,
    asked to see...
    That's prayer!
    You believed what you saw, you received it, you felt it.
    Congratulations, you just asked, believed and received!
    Anger.
    Let us deal with this for a moment.
    If you are angry about something that happened in the past,
    it's because you have a muscle in your stomach, you know the one, that is a chemical junkie...
    This muscle was present when that particular memory was created and stored.
    And it calls out that chemical signature, and forces you to re-live that moment,
    so it can feed, you have not been angry in a long time, you've been duped.
    And now that you know, what are you going to be? Fake angry?
    As soon as you begin to feel angry about anything from the past...
    Stop it! Just take a look around you, and know nothing happened to you today,
    unless it actually did. And if it did, that's the only thing you can be truly angry about.
    Also, Throw away the timer.
    Faith is simply loyalty.
    Loyalty to the fact that you asked,
    loyalty to the fact that you believed.
    Stay loyal, stay faithful.
    See Faith from the vantage point of staying true.
    As for the judgement room that we have all heard of, well,
    it may surprise you to learn that that room is in your head,
    and it's running constantly.
    We all have a piece of the Christ Consciousness in our minds. All of us.
    This is how silent prayer is heard.
    And anytime you do anything good or bad,
    your heart has an intention and emotional reaction.
    That intention and emotional reaction is what's being judged.
    Do not end your prayers with: Amen.
    To you, this has always meant the prayer has ended...
    And in that, you're right. It's over.
    End your prayers with: So Be It.
    This way the prayer's energy moves with you, into the future...

    This is really good. I dont know what it is about it. Could be the white noise in the background. Guys voice isnt all that calming but it still does it. Even as I write this I am listening to it having trouble staying awake.

    Interesting, the repetitive speech reminds me of catholic mass. Explains why i would get sleepy in church.
