A very informative video Steve. I have been thing about BOG but had not thought about stapling it to small logs. I have a lot of trees down in my property and I do have Moose. Great ideas from you. Mike KL7QOW
I just placed an order with the pcb house in China. With shipping, 10 cca's was $25.
My intention is to install a couple 90ft BOG's for use on 40m. I will rescale the pre-amp components for 40m.

Excellent! What is the ground conductivity at the site? I understand that BoG's and LoG's work better with poor ground conductivity.
I would be concerned with gain matching of multiple antennas using a cap to set the gain.
Im curious about the lack of termination on the receiving end of the beverage. Does changing from a real 300 ohm termination to essentially an open circuit on the active end make a difference?
