Not so long ago a word was officially accepted in the Spanish language known as "Cantinflear" it is a verb and it's the action of talking nonsense in a fast paced manner in order to confuse or convince that what you're saying is correct even when that might not be the case. It was a particular speech that the late actor, comedian, and genius Mario Moreno a.k.a. "Cantinflas" created while portraying said character. It required high mental speed and linguistic dexterity to pull off and wouldn't you know here is Stephen Colbert executing and example of "Cantinflear" flawlessly in the English language.
