I have all of the Blue Magic 🪄 grease collection. By far I’m in love with the Sure Gro and Castor one. I will always love my old faithful: blue and green. Water & grease for the win 🏆 I was so tired of wasting $100’s of $1,000’s on “natural” hair products that were never moisturizing enough.Grease has cured my severely dry scalp and dry locs. Oil never cut it for me.
We are on opposite sides today. My daughter and I use the hemp all the time. We have 4C hair. The wheat germ doesn’t do anything to our hair and it will be dry before the day is over. So I’m using it in our after wash conditioner. The hemp smells lovely and does a great job on our coarse hair, making it smooth and pliable. You told me to try it and I love it. 😁👍🏾
That Originals Indian Hemp is a little greasy but that's the richness of the oils and extracts and the fact that its a "deep conditioning moisturizer" hair dress it works it is a light formula of the super sure gro and it regrew (saved) my hair from the damage from shea moisture shampoo and conditioner...i switch back to V05 back during the summer...and so far my hair is picking back up in hair growth...so far so good...i been using the Indian Hemp of the Originals Line for 3 years...a little goes a long way tho!!!!!
I can also tell that it atleast penetrates because my hair is super soft unlike the Super Sure Gro which the Super Sure Gro feels gummy and weighed down on my hair...The Indian Hemp soaks in and I use it on damp hair💯💯💯💯💯💯
I am always ready to hear about a product, since there are so many to know. It does become costly trying them out to find a good one for you. That is a fairly new product to the video world, and many viewers are probably anxious to see it; the advertisement showed some difference. I appreciate the demonstration, you gave out other benefit that are good for our natural hair. 😊 Thanks
I think it depends on your hair texture. I definitely have 4C hair. I have never had a problem putting grease on my hair it works better than all those products that they tell you you supposed to use. I don't put it on my scalp but I do put it on my hair and it keeps my hair soft and not breaking.
I’m curious at to what you would think of the softee caster oil grease. You turned me on to grease no joke, and I’m not going back, but Dax isn’t available where I am. Softee is light and great for beginners with grease and it smells light and not too sweet. I know it sounds like I’m a sales person but I swear I’m not. I just think I used to use too heavy of hair grease in my day and I finally figured it out.
Hey Mercedes. Oh wow, it’s nice to hear when people find my channel helpful. 👌🏾 Lol I hear you, but you’ve sold it to me now! I have used a softee grease, (it was yellow), which I got from the States, but I can’t seem to get it over here. I will keep a look out in other stores. 😉👌🏾
I think I'd rather use shea butter than grease. Petroleum-based products like Blue Magic clog hair follicles, inhibit growth, synthetic fragrances can cause upper-respiratory issues, and that product causes icky build-up. I hope you have a good clarifying shampoo!
Yes , it's best when used on the shaft of the hair , especially after applying some type of moisturizer. I agree , to definitely use a clarifying shampoo!
It (grease - blue magic blue or green with lanolin in it) works better (for me) as a sealant on top of a natural moisturizer (by natural moisturizer I mean no silicone, no mineral oil i.e CURLS Creme brulee) AND THEN GREASE AND TWIST/BRAID AND LEAVE ALONE or loose out whatever my heart desires. My hair stays soft and moisturized for days. I sometimes use a leave in like Giovanni then a lotion style moisturizer then the grease! Yes, I am a Natural hair care specialist. And if you use grease you do need a good shampoo that you like. Grease is not for a wash and go at least I wouldn't. I like
Petroleum isn't bad for your hair because it is non - comedogenic (it won't clog your pores). Wheat Germ is high on the comedogenic scale (most likely to clog your pores) if used on the face and/or scalp. A good video to check out on UA-cam is Curly Chemistry and she has a video on grease. You and your family always stay blessed and healthy ✝️🙏🛐🕊️
@@kimberlyviolaraysor1008 I think it's good for your scalp when mixed with healthy ingredients. I think just plain petroleum is not good for your hair. It doesn't break down and doesn't penetrate the same as butters and oils. We have had grease for decades and it hasn't done hair much good. We are rebuilding our hair culture though so I might be wrong.
Certain things work better for certain people. Butters is not good for those who are allergic or in a certain climate because it will clog worse because of the higher melting point. Just depends on the person. Also lots of women of color had long thick hair back in the day with grease, water and the occasional hot oil treatment.
I will say whatever hair products work for an individual, than more power to him or her! There's a lot of people who cannot afford high end hair products such as Shea Moisture or As I Am. From experience, expensive hair products doesn't necessarily yield wonderful results! As a child, I grew up on cheap petroleum/lanolin-based hair products and had hair past shoulder length.

😉👌🏾
Back to thise days when my mon was taking care of my hair with just blue magic sland water , my hair was so long flourished and healthy
What shampoo do you use? Do you use conditioner?

Have you tried the Ethiopian hair butter ?
I like the indian hemp side better 🤔
What kind of flat iron and what temperature did you use when you straightened your hair and got heat damage?

Is this good for the scalp
😂 at go get the Vaseline.
In my house it was go get the “air hoil”.
I don't like products with petroleum and mineral oil. Imo hair lotion and creams are better than grease.
@@Jatmahl well we all have to do what works for our hair
lol@Claire Huxtable.
🤣🤣 yes love that clip
I use Blue Magic Shea Butter with Vitamin E and Aleo Vera and Olive oil.
