I love how you get straight to the point. People don’t have time to watch a 10 minute video when they’re trying to get some editing done. I always search your channel when I need help. Thanks!!!🙏🏼🙌🏼❤️😊
You have no idea how many forums, articles, and other videos I suffered through to get to one that just worked. From the bottom of my frustrated heart - Thank you.
Bro for real, i´ve watched some six tutorials and not even one fixed my problem. But you could fixed two problems in one. Congrats for the cirurgical tutorial. Thanks!
The process in Adobe Premiere Pro for a simple 90-degree rotation may seem more complex compared to some other software like "FormatFactoryPortable." In "FormatFactoryPortable," you can achieve the rotation with a single action by selecting 90 degrees from the drop-down menu. The multiple steps in Adobe Premiere Pro might make it feel less user-friendly for straightforward tasks like this. The software interface may seem a bit cumbersome for simple operations. Rotating a horizontal video to vertical shouldn't be a hassle, and you shouldn't have to worry about adjusting the resolution. Programs should automatically handle it. Surprisingly, Premiere Pro doesn't seem to accomplish this seamlessly. It's quite disappointing.
I always scroll down to find your channel, and hit the like button even before watching it because I know you deliver good stuff and straight to the point
I have the memory of a potato, and every time I need to do this I come check out your video. Consider me you biggest fan! - Thank you so much again - your work is awesome! ♥♥
thank you so much!!! this is the only video I found explaining this. all the other videos were " how to make horizontal footage vertical for TikTok" like bruhhh I want to upload horizontal footage horizontal on tik tik lol.. thank you thank you.
you're the best, was looking for this! can you explain why 270 degrees and not 90? I need to flip a video 180 degrees (accidentally filmed it upside down), should I type 180?
You can press the 'match source' button in the exporter settings (I just found it) for speed. I don't know if it would work in every case though! But very good point well made!
If i could leave 2 likes I would. Thanks mate you just saved my arse on an important edit. Burned 600L of petrol to make this video and would have been a bugger if all my footage was in vertical! Thanks again mate
The trick is when it’s 4k horizontal and you want to change to 4k vertical. Each time I have to scale up the video (so i guess I’m losing quality). Can you show us how to properly change to vertical without the need to scale up?
Mr. Minute, would you consider backing up all of your content to Odysee/LBRY? They have a way so that all of your content automatically backs up to LBRY. I ask because I and many other people are transitioning to LBRY, and your content in very educational, so it would be nice if it was accessible on more platforms.
UA-cam doesn't even tell you this either. I couldn't figure out why my Shorts videos weren't popping up with the UA-cam Shorts logo in the bottom right. It's because my videos were landscape, but UA-cam dosen't say that your videos won't be recognized as UA-cam Shorts if your videos are in landscape format 😡
Pics from a trip I wanna make into a video; some are vertical shots, some horizontal. When I set the sequence of any one pic the rest also take the new setting even though they’re not snapped together. Is there a way to toggle the positions? Thx!
thanks for the tutorial, hate it until i realized that my video has been recoreded portait instead of landscape the damn phone didn't even auto rotate 📱🔁🤷♂
Thanks a lot ! Would it be possible to rotate every graphics too ? for example I have an horizontal video, I want to make it vertical but keeping my highlights (circles or whatever) targeting the same spots as when the video was horizontal
I will be honest, I was searching for this video before this but couldn't find it on your channel but I knew it was coming out somehow. Thank you for what you have done, hope u get 1 million subs.
He does have a version of this instruction in an older video I had just come across and then went to his channel and found he had done another one recently
Question : Im using landscape throughout my video but at the end I have 1 portrait image that i would like to showcase very clearly, using the 1920x1080 comp makes it look small, is there a way to transition from landscape to portrait in the same composition? Atleast if only the last 5 seconds
how do i turn a video into a portrait video without using the export feature, when i use it, it just scales down the video to fit and there are these huge black bars and the top and bottom
If I understand you right, it'd be the same process of this video but inversed. So you would go to sequence settings and change it 1080x1920 (if 1080p video). And rotate it/reposition it as you want.
@@Adobeinaminute basically i meant, if I want to do it in reverse (1920x1080 to 1080x1920) exporting won’t work as it just sizes it down leaves space at the top and bottom.

Totally agree, this is just poorly written software.
I agree as well, CapCut is straight to the point, I should be able to just change the aspect ratio and with one click change the degree of the video
thank you - i just spent 1hr going through the adobe docs on this and came up empty handed. you just got another sub

Thank you. That video was very useful to show me how to rotate my vertical video.
Your videos are so helpful. You get right to the point yet are still clear. Thank you!

Why don't you just rotate it 90 degrees or -90 ?
Thank you so much I got help in an instant.
Thank you for the tutorial
This was a great help! Thank you
Awesome, help a lot. Video is actually literally flipt 90 degrees.
Simple as that. Thanks, helps me a lot :)
Important to note that when you export the video you set the correct Frame size. I had to flip those values also.

Thanks, as I wanted this tutorial as I wanted to make shorts videos of my full length video but yt doesn't allow 16:9 ratio in shorts

@@awesomeboss2020 yeah yt should inform creators about bit rate and aspect ratio that their server runs on

Is there a special reason you use 270 instead of 90?
please make a video on how to add neon texts
hi thanks, but what if the footage has beeen shot in portrait? I can't seem to stretch it to landscape after altering the sequence settings?
you are so kind
Love you, sir
Sir can you make a tutorial about your intro please.
love it
Very helpful
thanks for the tutorial, hate it until i realized that my video has been recoreded portait instead of landscape
the damn phone didn't even auto rotate 📱🔁🤷♂

THANKS❤❤
This is great but what if it's mirrored video with multiple clips in timeline?
Oh I figured it out. I need to create a whole new sequence of the multiple clips, bring into the timeline, then do the rotation thing.
super

Good sir 😊😊☺️😃
How do you un-gray the video in the timeline in order to edit it?

thanks
please tell me how do I need to save the preset?
which I'm rn make. I mean what do not this routine again and again.
But the rest of the videos flip as well I just one to flip one how do I do that
I can’t seem to find effect controls on my premiere pro

How to rotate it in source monitor/panel?
When I changed one clip, it distorted the rest of the clips on my timeline, has anyone else experienced this?
Bro, how to make 360° video
tnx
didn't work. My size numbers are greyed out and i can't change them
not showing rotation option u, underneath motion
This is not a genuine rotate video tutorial. it just make scale change. I need originally video rotate like 90 degree left or right. Thanks
Doesn’t work. I don’t know why premiere just doesn’t have a simple right clip flip button insanity
im getting quality loss while rotating the clips

In export, you need the select option (match source-high bitrate)
why 270? why not just 90?
