It’s easy though, not to become as fat as I was or fatter, as an adult with a rudimentary understanding of nutrition. No excuse for not spotting it and preventing it if you’re like 40% bodyfat or whatever. Exercise is also incredibly easy if you’re not injured. I’ve got shoulder impingement and kyphosis/scoliosis (medically confirmed, not just my opinion), and messed up knees and pelvic tilt from having pronated ankles/flat feet. I do a lot of special exercises most people don’t need to do really - but the regular bodybuilding stuff I do as well, that’s easy as hell. Bicep curls, easy as hell. Even most people with injuries can do something, like me, I just don’t train shoulders (except to heal my impingement, superspinatus and rotator cuff stuff, not trying to get boulder shoulders) and it’s not ruined my physique. You can just do some really basic stuff. Calf raises, bicep curls, maybe some dumbell rows, I think chest and squats are acceptable to just skip, if you’re not up to it. You won’t become Mr Olympia like that but you can train around injuries and around the fact that you’re very out of shape even. No excuse for not doing like 30 min proper exercise a week or more. I’ve had to alter my diet considerably, basically cutting out vegetable oil, sweetners, soy, just to maintain normal health as I was getting nuked by daily migraines and was very lethargic. Ever since I was like 18 I’ve been training around injuries/disability. Normal people got zero excuse for completely letting go, that’s there prerogative I suppose.

Pictures don't show how you actually look. I can find pictures of me 10 years ago, which looked better and also plenty which look much worse. As a hobby photographer, I used to take pictures of people - and good angle, light, pose etc can make a difference between an absolutely disgusting picture, and a very nice one. If you are already an attractive /above average guy (6+) and have been working on your income I think that you DO peak in your late 20’s early 30’s. In my experience based on objective facts and observation. I've found that women including younger women prefer older men closer to 25-30 in all cases. I have seen this all my life, not just in my own life but in other mens lives i've seen this and heard about it. The same story again and again. When I was 25-34 I was with a guy in his 50s who was still handsome (he had a full head of long dark hair, no grays, dressed stylish, and looked young) but that relationship was awful and was going nowhere. The truth is that 66% of men have hair loss by 35 and I noticed that by 35 (which is still very young) MOST men have beer guts. Yes, aging has undeniable negatives, however it’s completely possible to, over a period of time, increase your physical attractiveness MORE than your advancing age decreases it. If you don’t actively improve or remove negative behaviours, ages over 30-40 something depending on the individual, will make you less attractive. I am positive 15 years of soy and beer and no sleep and stressing out and not doing anything real is what causes the T levels to evaporate, not age. I think people are way over exaggerating the effects of age on health. Makes much more sense when you consider that there’s 40 year olds who are dead due to obesity, and then some 98 year olds who are sharp as a tack while there’s 70 year olds who’ve completely lost their marbles. We don’t get to control everything about our life and we all get 24 hours a day and need at least 5-10 of them for sleep, but merely keeping active is not a good benchmark.

Lowering your T with beer while you have quite a lot of T left won’t hurt you as much when you’re 20 but it will lower your T, the small difference at 25 could be make or break if you still had it, at 50.
Me personally, I’ve been obese, over 33% bodyfat, for years actually. Losing it is harder than getting fat in the first place but not getting legit fat isn’t that hard. It really isn’t. I got fat as a kid when I didn’t know Jack shit. It you’re over 20 and not fat you shouldn’t become fat, simple as. You don’t have to be shredded or whatever, for many weight gain is cyclical and they get a bit fat, dial it in, get a bit fat, dial it in, that’s fine. It’s easy though, not to become as fat as I was or fatter, as an adult with a rudimentary understanding of nutrition. No excuse for not spotting it and preventing it if you’re like 40% bodyfat or whatever.
Exercise is also incredibly easy if you’re not injured. I’ve got shoulder impingement and kyphosis/scoliosis (medically confirmed, not just my opinion), and messed up knees and pelvic tilt from having pronated ankles/flat feet. I do a lot of special exercises most people don’t need to do really - but the regular bodybuilding stuff I do as well, that’s easy as hell. Bicep curls, easy as hell. Even most people with injuries can do something, like me, I just don’t train shoulders (except to heal my impingement, superspinatus and rotator cuff stuff, not trying to get boulder shoulders) and it’s not ruined my physique. You can just do some really basic stuff. Calf raises, bicep curls, maybe some dumbell rows, I think chest and squats are acceptable to just skip, if you’re not up to it. You won’t become Mr Olympia like that but you can train around injuries and around the fact that you’re very out of shape even. No excuse for not doing like 30 min proper exercise a week or more.
I’ve had to alter my diet considerably, basically cutting out vegetable oil, sweetners, soy, just to maintain normal health as I was getting nuked by daily migraines and was very lethargic. Ever since I was like 18 I’ve been training around injuries/disability. Normal people got zero excuse for completely letting go, that’s there prerogative I suppose.

If you are already an attractive /above average guy (6+) and have been working on your income I think that you DO peak in your late 20’s early 30’s. In my experience based on objective facts and observation. I've found that women including younger women prefer older men closer to 25-30 in all cases. I have seen this all my life, not just in my own life but in other mens lives i've seen this and heard about it. The same story again and again. Women prefer and choose older men, infact men much older then they are. The caveat is if those men take care of themselves. Men DO age like fine wine, but only if they take care of themselves. The truth is that 66% of men have hair loss by 35 and I noticed that by 35 (which is still very young) MOST men have beer guts. It is somewhat hard for me, a woman that prefers to date men at least 10 years older, to find men that still have their hair and still work out and keep themselves looking attractive. Honestly I think this is one if not his best video. When I first started watching redpill content I saw many men say just work on yourself bro and when your 30+ you will have the resources to attract women. First they will never lead to a genuine relationship. Second I would be paying for something another man has got for free. Third this isn’t really true because women don’t even like older men like that the women at my school date guys around their age. They may use older men for money but they don’t actually like them. A lot of women my age I’m 21 btw see guys in their 30s and 40s as old and disgusting.
I'm turning 35 next Month and aside from minor Alopecia, my Skin is still shiny and I have no Wrinkles or saggy Skin. Then again I've never smoke or drank in my Life plus I try to control my Stress and anxiety so that may be a Factor as to why.

Mid 30s is fine, don’t worry. I’ve heard seasoned players now in their 40s say that 36 was their peak for attracting the hottest girls. It’s “last knockings” though I’d say and I do think having a get out plan is a good idea, rather than being a 45 year old bachelor, for example. In my early 30s I’m doing fine, certainly not in a ‘different bracket’ with girls yet.
I fully expect that the road narrows as you get older and the age objections increase, if you’re going for 21-25 girls. I don’t think guys should fear their 30s but certainly be aware the clock is ticking. If you’re introverted and are happy to avoid an LTR, all the better as then who really cares 😂 👍

The reason you shouldn't wait till your in your 30s because if you can't get a women in her 20s, the women in the 30s r leftovers. They're either single mums, divorcees or women with emotional baggage or women who chased their career/degree.The 30yr old women are usually lower quality women.
Women and men do not age much different, both of their values decrease on the dating market as they enter 30s and 40s. However, between a random guy and a random girl that work out moderately, eat somewhat healthy and look after themselves a bit (use skincare products, take care of their hair and teeth etc.), you will notice that the girl generally will reach her peak a lot earlier (18-23ish) and subsiquently, age a lot faster that the man...
Yes, aging has undeniable negatives, however it’s completely possible to, over a period of time, increase your physical attractiveness MORE than your advancing age decreases it. If you don’t actively improve or remove negative behaviours, ages over 30-40 something depending on the individual, will make you less attractive. If you look after yourself especially as a man, you can age slowly. There’s an element of chance with things like hair loss, especially if you’re not avoiding it with a hair loss medicine.
Even if you’re an attractive man, those looks will most likely fade. That’s why it’s best to get married by the time you’re in your 30s so you don’t have to worry about dating when you’re not looking your best.

Second, if I were to get married, I would have to date that woman for AT LEAST 3 years to make sure she is perfect to marry. Third, women's looks also fade. If anything, their looks fade worse than men once they're in they're 60s. Fourth, do everything you can to keep yourself looking attractive for as long as you can. If you're balding, then get treatment to prevent it from worsening or just shave your head. If you're worried about getting fat, then eat healthy and work out. Avoid drugs, smoking, and alcohol.
