I've seen lots of crawfish boils, but you're on the top my dude. Legitimately. Adding acids for balance, heavy paprika, salt free seasoning blends, poultry for layered flavors and bones for a thick, heavy stock... just awesome. You're doing it 💯 and I dont say that lightly. Good job.

After trying the orange and lemon juice... I get it! I just did turkey necks, shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes. It was the best boil I've ever done!!! IT'S PLATINUM!!!!

I lived in Mississippi for 12 years and i went to one boil that did that style, I was hooked. What you know about dat Paprika? keep it up man! Yes Lawwwwd!
You can actually freeze it if you want and use it in future boils. Like instead to adding ice to kill the next boil, you just add a big frozen stock popsicle for even more enhanced flavor.

It's awesome. I've had it with sausage, corn, and potatoes as sides. I live in Texas along the Gulf Coast. We can get some huge crawfish here and cook 'em live just like the video. Louisiana very similar. Nothing beats sitting outside peeling crawfish, drinking beer, and cranking some good tunes.
