I wish some of these comments weren’t so negative. This young man is doing something positive and therapeutic to some
Keep up the good work on your videos. I’m an Executive Chef in BR. Excellent representation of our cuisine.
I appreciate that!
Yeah baby love me some crawfish. You do it just like my dad taught us to do. I miss riding the boat picking up the traps, going back home and it’s on. ❤
I’m doing a 150lb burl today. Let’s go baaaaaby. We use asparagus, mushrooms and broccoli in our boil too. The asparagus and broccoli pulls in so much flavor
I forgot about the mushroooooms!!! I love mushrooms in a boil. I didn't even eat any this year I totally disappointed myself. Lol
I'm here just because I'm tryna see if you do anything that my folks in Baton Rouge don't do👀🤣😂. And to support you if course😅🤗🥰. Keep up the great work!!
Bonjour madame de Nouvelle Orleans

All this time I’ve been peeling crawfish wrong! Goodness! Thank you for this video!
Lord I was born and Raised in Louisiana and this made me miss home! Thank you for bringing a piece of home to me in the Midwest!
We are from Jacksonville Florida and everything you put in your crawfish boil is what my husband puts in our seafood junkpot. Thanks for the great tips now I just need to find out who here sells love crawfish
Congratulations on your UA-cam channel
That is awesome!
Crawfish company will ship
Fellow chef. Love what you're doing. Small suggestion.... Make sure you clean your celery. You spend all that time cleaning the Crawfish just to add the dirt on the celery stalks to the broth!!
Otherwise, you're killing it my dude! Keep fighting the good fight!
In Greece we don't have such nice things unfortunately.
I feel like migrating just for these!
You have great activities!!
Love from Greece.❤
The southern states of America are very welcoming. Come for a little visit and try the food. You will definitely love it. ❤️

Weekend gathering with family and friend's . Et bon temps avec famile en amis tojour !
Thanks for taking the time to redo the deleted parts! Love the commitment 👏
I have no urge visiting america. Except for this one thing. I rally wanna go and eat this with a group of people who've known eachother for years and just sit there and enjoy life.

I love that boiling pot with hinged basket.
I'm old and don't do the big boils like when younger.
I hate the dog-days of summer when crawfish are outta season.
....always get the tail meat, just look at the package to be sure they from Louisiana or Texas.
Awesome! Thanks for sharing 😊👍🏾.
Love this channel! So detailed ❤
That looks really good. I have yet to try it yet amazingly!

Welcome - this is awesome stuff! I don't know anyone else doing this kind of stuff on here. Love my boil with TONS of garlic
Those cara cara oranges look so good! Everything looks delicious!
Absolutely awsome man, dam my mouth is watering. God Bless you bru.
This looked so amazing. I never thought about onion and garlic in the boil. That garlic is gonna be sooooo good!!! I wanna do this next season. Thanks for the tips!
I definitely learned a lot and never really knew all the steps that went into making a good crawfish boil. Thank you so much for that step by step guide from beginning to end.
looks amazing im a big fan of oranges and citrus in crawfish im going to try this recipe this season.
Man I had pineapple in a boil once. We usually would just do lemons but I never had pineapple. It was amazinggggg
Learnt some new things from this. Great video
Sorry about the weird comments, Chef! This is a classic N'awlins crawfish boil, and I'd eat it any time. I always like oranges in the boil and the frozen corn idea is a good tip. And your crawfish bisque was super!
Mushrooms and tatters as well my naw’lins brother!
Make dat boil spicy
Your presentation is spot on. 👍👏👌
Beautiful job! Making me hungry!
Going to try this exact recipe for my first time doing a crawfish boil. Thank you for the step by step How To.

Looks fantastic ❤❤❤ cheers from Russia🎉
Nothing wrong here. It’s all good fam. Keep on keeping on
I still remember that we had got lots of huge crawfishes in the countryside in the 1990s . people even didn't eat them ,caught them and smashed to feed the poultry .Never thought they could sold at high price at today's restraunt and even formed a new industry all over the world
I love the south! i'm from up north, i can guarantee the average northerner does not see that many bay leaves at once
LOL
Man, my mouth is watering like the Niagara Falls in Fall. Makes me wanna come around and have a cooking weekend with you, together with some cold beer and cooking chats. Thanks forbsharing. Jost, Stuttgart, Germany

This kind of food isn't really that accessible in Ireland but I'd love to try it
Y’all make it seem like it’s art. I didn’t even have to do that much and that sh!+ came out beautiful.
Love it!!!
I'm a Texas boy so you know I love my crawfish no I can't cook for s*** but I sure do likes to eat. And Chef you're the first person I've seen clean his crawfish in the cooker so we just have to buy an extra plastic tub just for that ...
Do you save the broth for a soup later on.
Yes DAT D&D smoke sausage grew up on that
Oui !
This was a very good video
Looks good. You should try to make the Swedish version. I’ll promise it’s delicious!
"If you ain't sneezing, it ain't seasoned" 😂😂
This is the best way to clean
This is excellent content- crawfish boil cooking school
I’ve got to compliment you on your great speaking voice.
Clear. Concise. Easy to understand. I appreciate your rationales regarding your preferences.
Your crawfish boil must be something your family really looks forward to, YUMMY!!
Your family is very blessed to have you as a personal chef!!
Well done, Sir.
ឆ្ងាញ់ណាស់
Love it!😋😋
Nice video! Is there a reason you add the citrus booster after you cut the fire, instead of below dumping the crawfish in? I wonder if the citrus booster would still dissolved even though the water is not as hot. Does it adds more flavor? Thanks.
Add the citrus after the boil, so the flavors do not evaporate.
*scoffs* ' "I'm tellin yall its pressure" hahahahah
Wow awesome i love it to eat Crawfishs
Here you are! So glad to see you on UA-cam!
Right off the bat, got me drooling over my phone wishing I had some good crawfish! 😂 Love your recipes. You make me think I might be able to cook like that. Keep the goodies coming❣️ God Bless you and yours ❤️
Hope you enjoy! 🙏🏽
Not the Double D sausage. Man, I miss home.
I did the blender for all the onion, celery & garlic this year. Made a MUCH nicer presentation without all the onion flaps laying all over everything.
I will not SWEAR that it tasted better, but I THINK it did.
It sure did LOOK BETTER.
Also, first time I did the two-pot-boil.
I finally get to use that big ass aluminum pot I bought 20 years ago with a 2 pot boil...
( we still do a cold wash and sort in a kiddie pool, with 1/4" holes drilled in it. 20+ years for that little thing. Store it in the garage rafters, upside down.)
Bugs came outta the shells easier.
1 time is NOT a result, but I'll be trying that for the next few years to see if that remains true...
Gonna get my ass up to 3 or 4 soaking pots, 3 or 4 blankets to keep em at 150F, 1 boil pot (the Aluminum one mentioned, in plain water, after all the cleaning as said here... )
Maybe get DONE cooking in 1 hour?
ENJOY eating WITH my friends, instead of at the end.....
I DO juice my lemon/lime/etc, for the soak. Get a big SS juicer on Amaz, tell your friends they are weak.
Fruits get juiced in about 15 seconds.
Easy Peasy...
Does anyone SOAK in Aluminum?
All the acid started making me nervous YEARS ago, just like they say do NOT cook tomato sauce in Aluminum.
Just FYI, I followed
ua-cam.com/video/Bt96A575BNU/v-deo.html
this year.
As Chef Alden says, do what you want.
Watch a LOT of folks, learn from the old timers...
Great video
This was so worth it! Thank you. Also would you use the same process for blue crabs?
Yes, crabs boil a little longer though. About 6-8 minutes before soaking
Thank you!
Thanks for this video! It does looooook good. I don't live in the south and imma be honest, I don't think my friend did this right because I want to eat yours lol.
Need some mushrooms in there!
So I have a question, I see a lot of folks dump the juice/ gravy out and I think putting some in some canning jars would be so good in red beans and rice or whatever ya know.
THANKS
All I have to say is I love you brother thanks a mill
Did you throw in the sausage and potatoes in when you put in the corn?
Damn those look good!
Yessssssss 😋 😋 😋
Looks delicious
very nice boil. sub'd for the tshirt, I am usually a mild mannered person but I swear I want to thumb a throat when I hear them say PEE CAN, its puh-con. lol
PRESSURE!!!! 🔥🔥🔥
"and just like my name, you Al-den" man i like that. Finished the video btw
Man it looks gud and tasty 😉
