    So I ended up doing a franchise with the patriots. I put all players that had the spontaneous player tag on one team. So far I have had three development traits scenarios and I am three for three. Marcus Jones, Baron Browning and Drake Jackson have all got a development trait increase. All three of these players have spontaneous player personality. Seems as if they cash those dev trait scenarios at an insane rate. More testing to do but keep an eye on those players with Spontaneous personality. Especially if they’re young or rookies. You can cash on these dudes playing like absolute studs all year and dev up multiple times in a season. This is actually changing how I’m constructing my rosters from now on.

      @@Franchise_Revival thought about it. Only thing is I don’t have a great mic lol. But I feel like posting soon to help those guys who do rebuild style franchises. Roster construction, drafting, development etc. not a highly talked about subject on the internet. Either simming or slow super sim. The trait thing I knew affected sim stats to a degree but I didn’t know about the personality tags until recently. Its quite insane. I’ll come out with a video probably within the next week or two. Gonna do more testing. Have a great day bro 👍

    So far, what are we liking as far as slow sim goes. I’m rocking a 4-3 D with the niners and the cowboys offense right now and the offense feels a little inefficient in slow sim but I’d love to know what you’re using!

      I’m going to do a video on slow sim real soon, but in my opinion Chiefs and Chargers are the best offenses in slow sim. Ravens are a really good offense if you have a fast QB, I got the Cardinals rolling with it. Others I like are Raiders, Rams, and Colts (which is really exactly the Eagles playbook but I think it plays differently)

    Player traits impact the sim the most in both quick and slow sim. I mainly sim week to week. These are my findings. The personality tag seems to impact the sim stats the most. Spontaneous personality is best and intense is close 2nd. These guys will consistently put up good numbers even if they’re low rated 70-79 etc. qbs with bad traits are still unplayable. Too many picks, low yds and tds. Ideal sense of pressure is best. Average is 2nd best. Paranoid is the worst avoid at all costs. Dbs with the aggressive play ball tendency get crazy pick numbers in the sim. Im doing more testing to see if spontaneous and intense personalities get more success on dev trait scenarios in the middle of the year compared to other ones.

      Okay so I looked into the personality thing real quick. Is that only in owner mode, and can you change a players personality?

    • @rngmadden3568
      @rngmadden3568 7 місяців тому +1

      @@Franchise_Revival its in coach mode too. Its under the player card. When you click a player and you can see his ratings and his traits on the left of screen. I don’t believe you can change unfortunately. It’s a bummer but i noticed it when I did a few different franchise saves. I did 3 30 year sims and just simmed to the playoffs every year. Every time I had a player put up elite numbers 8/10 times I would say they had spontaneous or intense personalities. I also did those 30 year franchises to see which teams finished top 5 in their categories offense and defense. Just to get data on which playbooks tend to play better in the sim.

      @@Franchise_Revival thanks. Yea I’m researching trying to learn the simulation the best of my ability. It really ticked me off when I build good rosters from top to bottom in rebuilds that I do and I have seasons that are mid and end going 8-9 or 10-7. Lol I built the giants to a 89-91 ovr and I can’t seem to contend for a SB. Teams like that should be on a playoff push every year lol not missing them. Amyway… yea I’m doing my best to understand the madden algorithm or whatever when it comes to sim. Because obviously overall and strength of your roster is one of many variables that cause success in the sim. Playbook and traits are king from what I see. I give the slight edge to the traits tho.

      Honestly, I don’t think coaching scheme matters that much, but either go with what’s the highest for either the coach or best lined up with the playbook you’re using. Again, I think how you train on offense every week matters more.

    The best offense is KC and it’s not close. Qb will typically put up 4500+ yards and 30+ tds. Not uncommon to see 40+ either especially if your qb has the spontaneous or intense personality trait. Receiver numbers your slot wr will get a good chunk of those 4500 passing yards as well as your TE. Not a surprise as travis kelce eats in kc offense irl. I noticed that a lot of these playbooks mimic irl tendencies. For example kc having good te and qb numbers. Cleveland and Detroit having good rushing etc. last year kc playbook was good but the rushing was an issue too little volume to the rb. This however it wasn’t uncommon for me to see 10+ tds and 1200 yds rushing from the rb in kc offense. You have to make on the depth chart hes basically a workhorse so put him around 3rd down back and power hb. Also traits is king as mentioned in my other comment. Having good personality and performance traits at these key positions like HB, slot wr and te are key for success. Spontaneous and intense nothing else.
