The hospital is in Nashville the helo is out of Putnam county

why do people put on an helmet during chopper flight??? ???
Umm protection. Why else would someone wear a helmet other than for protection.
possible uh..crashing into the ground even though u have the frame around u its your head impacting the frame and anything inside around small space means a higher probability of head injury
