Total Body Yoga Flow Workout | Yoga Dose

- This is a 35 minute long yoga workout class aimed to strengthen and to stretch your body.
In this video I bring special attention to the shoulder girdle and before we get into the flow there's some great "yin style" stretches to help mobilize the shoulders, upper back, and neck.
You'll learn to properly align your body to make sure you using the right muscles in the poses to prevent injury or strain.
This is an awesome total body yoga workout you can practice to start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.
Focus your mind, restore health and balance to your body and spirit.

Francescas pigeon was poetry, wow! 😍😍 I'd just like to say for the people who struggle with some of this practice, myself included, adapt it to suit you. Use blocks when you can't reach the floor, straps to bring your feet to you in bow pose, walls or a chair to help with balances. There's no shame in using props and if there are any you just can't do, crow pose, get into good old child's pose and breath, you're still practicing yoga, but if you don't try how are you going to know if you can or can't do them? Just do what your body tells you xxx

Hope your shoulder heals quick. Read your email and I am grateful for my body. I have lumbar spinal stenosis and calcific tendonitis in my right shoulder but I don't let that stop me from practicing. I nearly ended up in a wheelchair 17 years ago due to poor medical care, had a herniated disc and it was pressing on the cauda equina nerves, doctor said it was a urine infection! I'm glad that I can do the postures I can, sometimes my legs scream at me in certain standing poses but I breath into it because how else am I going to build muscle strength. 4 years later and I can do standing balances, wide legged forward bend these are just a few that I struggled with at the start of my yoga journey. Like many of the other comments, I too felt that this has been one of the best routines that you have provided to us, it sure is a total sesh with flowing, flexing, twisting, balancing and hand-balancing. Well done Tim (and of course Francesca). Will be revisiting this a good few times. ,👍🙏💟

Yes, great workout. I've been following other yoga teachers on UA-cam. I like them because they're tough workouts. I've been trying different teachers. What I liked about your workout here is that you use different postures in different ways so it's a bit of a change. Thanks again and I'll be back.

this was an incredibly well rounded practice, perfectly balanced. challenging, fun, nicely paced. perfect for me as i am a very experienced yogi but still working on the advanced physical practice. a perfect midway point, and really nice to have francesca with you, felt more like a class. wonderful ! x

For sure... we need the workshop of pigeon pose variations... as Francesca did indeed. And if it is possible why don't you start with skateboarding videos? I wonder how you do that.

It would have been more useful if the student could have been a bit more beginner for you to show alternatives. Not to mention the show off at the end for the pigeon pose! Lol! :))

To be honest, too fast! Didn’t give practitioner enough time to go deeper into each pose, selection along sun salutation part. I like the sequence though.

I will be in the minority, but I do not like this new formula. I know your videos almost from the first and I always liked to practice with you. Unfortunately, for a few weeks, since the appearance of another person, I am less and less enjoying these exercises
