this is the build im considering right now! AMD Ryzen 5 7600, ASRock B650M Pro RS WiFi AM5 AMD B650 and PowerColor Hellhound Radeon RX 7800 XT 16GB GDDR6.
I mean probably, *technically* yes, but I personally wouldn't risk it if I had the option to use a 750W PSU instead. AMD recommends a minimum of 700W for both of those cards.
Never ever cheap out on power supply. - lower heat - lower noise - greater warranty - lower power consumption - The efficiency of the PSU is between 50 to 75% of your PSU - ATX 3.0 is a standard with a crazy amount of requirement test to get it. To be short: It will protect your PC against every* electrical issue possible known to man kind. MSI and Corsair PSU around 750W to 1000W have really sweet prices for gold ATX3.0
depends what you want to do, the 5 8600g is a proccesor with a in-built-graphics which is what the g stands for. with that being said i think if you want no graphics card and only proccsor then go for ryzen 5 8600g, just know it will be very slow for a graphics perspective. but, the ryzen 5 7600x is 20 percent faster than the 5 8600g, thats a lot faster, but it doesnt have a built in graphics
@@Blocknan213 after some research I decided to go with the 8600g without a gpu and down the line get an rtx 4070 ti super + ryzen 7 7800x3d (or the Ryzen 7 x3d from the new 9000 series when it comes out). Will there be a bottleneck, I mean ryzen 7 7800x3d is the strongest cpu on the market for its price and range and I will pair it with a 4070 to super.
@@Vi-sp2qnAMD is a good brand. I don't know if you live in a cave but if you think a 4070ti super will be bottlenecked by the 7800X3D it's not close to happening. The 7600X is really better than the 8600G without igpu. And the 4070ti super has one of the worst values on Earth right now. Why ? The card actually has the same (or maybe at a few bucks difference) the price of the XFX 7900XTX. The 7900XTX beat in EVERY SINLE TITLE the 4070ti super. And beat it in every test of the 4070ti super. Ray Tracing included. Please don't buy a 4070ti super. The pricing is like the 4080. 4080 has a higher price and lower performance than the 4080 super even today.
@@FireCestina1200 I was worried about the bottleneck because ryzen 7 7800x3d + rtx 4070 ti super shows a high score on bottleneck calculator. I know that 7600x is better than 8600g but I will build the pc and upgrade the gpu and the cpu too down the line so going with an apu that will just do the job is my goal. I chose rtx 4070 til super because of the vram (16 instead of 12), I just picked the max I am willing to pay for and that number gets me an rtx 4070 ti super so I'm ok with it. The reason I picked nvidia instead of amd is because of ray tracing and Ai, amd got a long road ahead of them when it comes to Ai, I will be using my pc for work and not just gaming so I might have different priorities then most people.
If you have the budget for the 7800x3D i highly recommend it. i have it paired with my 4070Ti and it’s amazing. it can also handle much better future gpus down the road

What’s a good power supply for this build ?
similarly i’m running the same build just using the MSI TOMAHAWK B650 MAG
That’s my build basically
Same for CPU/GPU
I want to buy the same,
How is your performance in games?
is 7700xt or 7800xt going to be okay with corsair 650w bronze? I just bought the 650w, no money for upgrade.

Should I go with a ryzen 5 8600g or ryzen 5 7600x if they are at the same price?
