    when you make your ganache, when you put it in a container and cover with plastic do you put it in the refrigerator or leave at room temp? and how long do you set your ganache before applying?

      @@DonnaliciousBakeshopManila miss donna ano po yang turntable nyu? Hm po???Kakasimla kopalang po kasi sa pagbentapo. Banana bread then gusto opo mag cake kaso hindi kopo alam kung ano magamit ko na turntable. Medyo marami narin po ako alam sa baking kaso puro learning lang po ako. No action kasi ala po ako money. Hehe paki advicena lng po. 14years old here. Nakita kopo kayu sa BHM ikaw pobayun .

    Hi, l really like your work, and have a question, When l coat my cake with ganache it keeps making air pockets under ganache like it will separate from the cake and it makes me like crazy, do you know the reason behind that?

    Hi can I know that after you cover the cake with ganache, did you put it in chiller? And if you do, how long the ganache will last at room temperature or higher (e.g outside)? Will ganache melts? And if it's happen, will it affect the fondant? I hope you can answer my question. Sorry if I ask too much. 😅 Thank you

    So you're using a super soft filling, if you fondant that cake won't that lead to bulging and sagging with such a soft filling? How do you prevent that?
