The Lexus LC 500 convertible is one of my dream cars but I am waiting for the upgraded Tech in the 2024 bottle
Drive and use both- you may change your mind from both a functional and aesthetic perspective.
Been driving the coupe with red Alcantara and black leather combo the past 5 years and it is still absolutely amazing. A fantastic car all around with a look that is still head turning half a decade later.
Personally not a fan of the 2024 screen refresh as it doesn't look as sleek and timeless with the tablet bolted onto the dashboard look which I'm not a huge fan of. Wish they had kept this current screen and just included the wireless Apple Carplay/Android Auto. Don't expect this the LC to last long with Lexus going full electric soon.
Had an 18 at release on lease. Sold it in 21 during peak Covid and made 10k on that lease.
A few months ago I got a 21. Will be trading that in for the last model year… prob in 4 years or so. Definitely needs the front camera or else you typically always need to back in to spots.

They updated the 2024 with a new display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It looks amazing in person. They even have one with a blue interior.
LEXUS is really reliable.
I waited for the 2024. Better wheels, touchscreen, front camera & 360 degree camera. Well worth the wait.
Love this car...I'll be trading my RCF (same V8 engine) for one later this year. The RCF is a little more fun to drive, but the LC is just a work of art with enough performance to keep you smiling.

I drive a Lexus RC 200t and I love it. My next car will definitely be the LC. You guys did an awesome job with the comparison and explained everything I wanted to know about these two cars. Hey there. I gave one of these babies. White, Carmel top and interior. I wouldn’t change a thing in this car. Font like trac pad , don’t care, no back seats buy a mini van. This car is so sexy even parked in the garage. You must drive one🏖️

I would trade trunk space and rear size for better back seats. And just coupe. That would be a run for the money for the 911 and top out the panameras.
Great car for the high way! Loved the RCF better for duel purpose track use but indeed had i didn't care for the track the LC is a great GT cruiser alternative with a great interior. Good stuff here!

I wanted one of these solely for the styling. But after driving a few other cars, this fell short for the price point. The interior is monotone, lacks technology, the v8 sounds good, but also falls short compared to a German V8 with twin turbo, and the transmission is still geared towards comfort.
The two main things that people would choose this car over something else would be the looks and reliability. Can't argue with looks, but "reliability" is only a budget minded concern.

Gx? bro Lexus has made great cars but you have a hate for the brand it's understandable because it's evident in any of your comments I see in every videos, even if you continue to hate Lexus they will still continue to make sales and people will continue to buy them
@@Investor_philips those are old. LFA was a failure. isf is still slow. New LFA will be slow. Rcf gt3. Probably slower than an m340i forget the m3. GX not really
@@naveenthemachine first you sound foolish, LFA wasn't a failure, it is one of the cars appreciated today even if it didn't hit it's spotlights back then, as at 2010 the LFA was one of the top 5 fastest super cars to lap the nurburgring according to motortrend channel which gave an impressive lap time of 7 minutes 14 seconds, even a BMW M5 CS is slower than an LFA on the track but faster on straight, even though the LFA didn't sell when it was released, almost all units of the LFA has already been sold, I even heard one was sold last year for $1.5m, the LFA will continue to grow in price giving collectors or investors to buy them
@@naveenthemachine meanwhile ISF isn't slow, according to lexus those cars do hit 270km/h but a video has been conducted on UA-cam that if you remove the limiter of a stock ISF it will hit 300kph, but it's not safe because of the stress on the engine, third you sound kinda unsmart for comparing an M340i to a rcf gt3, I don't think you know what gt3 means, because you only argue with your mouth but don't think while talking, gt3 is a track focused vehicle of a normal with a lot of downforce,
So keep my m850i convertible that's better in every way and significantly faster... Got it.

Imagine u driving on the highway in ur Nissan Altima, I'm mean GTR, and a modify honda/mustang/bmw pulls up and spanks ur GTR, that's going to sting. I'd rather drive in luxury, comfort, and style then deal with cops on my tail for speeding. I like GTR's but they way outdated, that's why I'm getting a LC500 soon here.
