well answer to the second question where a team member is having conflict with srum master it self. i feel if i am giving the interview i would say,i will setup a 1-1 with that team member to understand why he have such thoughts for me ? being honest is also srcum master duty,and if any changes required from my end will try to fix or overcome them but again if he says i am not needed, then its his point of view. i am not hired by him. i am hired by an organisation and for them i am valueable.. also to make him understand the role and duty of scrum master , i will make him scrum master for 1 sprint,where he will get a flavour of activities i am performing as scrum master.:)
Transparency should be an attribute of the team. Where they are comfortable discussing issues, asking for help when needed and collaborating with other members .
Do more interviews like. You have done some videos where the other person is only answering you are not questioning them. This is a good video and you are grilling the candidate.
well to answer a question where PO is reaching directly to Developer, my answer is its very much fine if he reach out to them( it happen in my organization also) but i will explain to PO in very simple manner that such addon request/meetings will distract developer from the commitment he made for current work, and ultimately my report metric or my burn down chart our even our overall sprint goal may delay or even we may not able to meet them. yeah that it
I would say Backlog refinement is the best practice that every scrum team follows to refine the stories prior to the sprint and get clarity on the missing piece of information, so that they are ready for the next sprints.
For question at 9:00 - Senior team member having conflict with Scrum Master & directly saying SM's presence is useless whereas Team feels SM is important & Team has kind of indicated that Senior member is controlling them & trying to be their lead. This is clearly violating Scrum value of Respect & the role mentioned in Scrum framework - There are no leads & no one is going to control anyone. Also the senior member should only talk about the concerns THEY feel and need to become a representative for rest of the team members. If needed I will take 1-1 with others who share same feeling. As a SM - I will first of all try to gauge the situation in the sprint retrospective to understand from the team how the team dynamics are playing out. I will bring up the concern of senior team member & give him/her the chance to explain their position only & ask them to provide clear & to the point examples where they felt SM's role was not useful & then take rest of the team members point of view on the same. My approach would be to foster a red-tape or bureaucracy free conversation in the retrospective where team members can express if the Senior members behavior is bothering them. If it turns out to be accurate then clearly the Senior member is violating one of the Scrum Values i.e. Respect and question says that Team mentioned the Senior is controlling them - this is a violation of Scrum value is clearly an impediment for rest of the team members. I will take 1-1 with Senior member to further understand their position but if the matter is more related to Personality Problem & not related to the actual work where something can be improved, then as protector & impediment remover of scrum team , I as a SM would need to bring this issue with management to find a middle path.

Relevance of a Scrum Master is that he offloads PO from managing the team on a daily basis, reporting the scrum metrics and facilitating tons of meetings aiming at impediment removal. There is no one stopping the team from reaching PO directly for story clarifications but team and the PO won't be able to focus on their priorities without the SM. Similarly, there is nothing wrong with SM asking team to keep him in loop. He has been hired for impediment removal and he can't help the team deliver quality product if he is not in the loop. Hope this explains why SM is needed.
To make the product backlog ready for the next three sprints,we need to refine/groom the backlog.This way our scrum team will have the user stories ready to achieve sprint goal and there by have a quality working product with high business value.If we can groom the backlog on Day 4 of the sprint,it will not impact the current sprint goal.
In most of the projects PO will be in touch base with SM , may not reply to him , personally I feel any UI UX change is going to modify it may need to know other team people as well. It's recommended to loop SM. In some cases team people can reach PO directly. Comment me if I am incorrect
answer to the question where we talk abt product backlog : well i feel its very important part of scrum,though its not part of any ceremony, product backlog is created considering user requirement, or i would say its having more of epic stories, and these epics are picked and broke down further and taken care in sprint or may be 1 epic is covered in multiple sprint.
Product owner cannot have one to one interaction everytime with a single resource assign work and create dependency in the scrum team. It is deviating the key value of agile,transparency in the team.why scrum master is needed here is negate this one man dependency in the team and help making the team cross functional.Any clarification or requirement should be done with the scrum team rather than with a single resource,if that resource is not availbale the next sprint due to health or any other emergency,will the sprint goal be achieved.Hence,the SM.

how long a candidate should speak to answer a question? In scenario based interview we might need to define first then give an example with our real-time experience it sometimes makes the answer long. and sometimes the interview panel seems hurry. What should we do in that case?
The answer to the conflicts question is too long. Need to be short and exemplify with reiterating Scrum values of openness, transparency, collaboration . So have a team discussion on the issue , if does not get resolved than 1 on 1

Always tell panel that if they feel I am stretching they can stop you in between. Give them overview and then ask shall I explain in detail ?
