Thanks Sunand and Hemant for such a beautiful session. I really enjoyed it through out as Hemant walked us through his real life experiences. What more could add value is to also talk about frameworks and tools applicable in different situations. For instance Hemant mentioned ;liberating structures for team collaboration. Tools/techniques/frameworks could really give an edge to scrum masters and agile coach in their interviews. There are millions of frameworks in books but if you cover this in your interviews it will give us a fair idea which frameworks really work in practical situation
Hi, I have a question here and wants to understand as a scrum master how this sort of situation should be handled ,which is where testing and development sprints are happening separately because Qa lead wants to have metrics of the tickets assigned under his name for tracking and increasing visibility, what are your thoughts how to handle this situation?
