    Apoorva, I would love if you could get your team to agree to, for example, show a small part of a real daily, a sprint planning, refinement session, review and retro ... that way the viewer could really get a feel and see it, not just from your narration. I'd really appreciate something like this! All the best

    I have one question, How can we meet the Sprint Goal, when the pending development items are yet to finish and got a feedback from the Stakeholders in review meeting for the presented working functionalities if the Sprint-review has conducted on Day-10 of the Sprint ?

    • @apoorvakeshav6045
      @apoorvakeshav6045 Рік тому +2

      Hi... thats why we have introduced the early view concept in our team, so that team gets inputs early in thr cycle

    • @ankitrawat3351
      @ankitrawat3351 Рік тому

      My advice would be to conduct spirit review on 8th or 9th day of the sprint so that your team have enough bandwidth to incorporate the stakeholder changes...and discuss them in retro why these are missed or what can be improved in the refinement session or user story.

    • @falconforever-v8x
      @falconforever-v8x Рік тому +1

      @@apoorvakeshav6045 Hello Apoorva thank you for your reply, I still have 2 more questions in mind, hopefully you can clarify them as well🙂
      q1) So, for the User-stories which have been presented on Day-10's Sprint review if the Stakeholder requests any changes, we have to do necessary corrections and have to present/show them again in a Sprint review. So, is it necessary or not?
      q2) The pending User-stories (which were not ready on Day-10's Sprint review) have been completed after the Day-10's Sprint review meeting i.e. either on Day-11 or Day-12. So, for those stories also we have to give a Demo to Stakeholder's in Sprint review meeting right.
      For the above 2 scenarios when can we facilitate the Sprint review meetings ?
      I feel that, this leads to facilitate multiple Sprint review meetings in a single Sprint and it also crosses the time box limit of 2 hours for 2 weeks Sprint🤔
      Kindly help me to understand and clarify my doubts 🤗

    Good but Too many meetings will reduce the team productivity and how we can plan capacity planning and it is overloaded for developers and testers they may work on Saturday and Sunday 😊 this is my opinion.

      Yaa, also this is something we are actually doing in our team... for last 1.5 years, no one has worked over a weekend. It is important to timebox the meetings, discuss on point crisply. If anyone is not at all needed in a call, they cn feel free not to join

      @apoorvakeshav6045 Рік тому +1
