Hi madam. you are one of my indirect Guru, i have learnt about Scrum and Release Train Engineer day to day activities and your videos have landed me in good position with good job in IT. I was in telecom until last year (for 10 yrs) got a job in Capgemini last year as Scrum Master and now got a beautiful opportunity in Delloite because of this video on RTE.... Many many thanks to you and wish you all the success and happiness in your life.. Dhanyawad and Pranam Guruji 🙏
Thank you so much 🙂 it will be great if you also come as guest and share your experiences with respect to preparation and all . Please drop email sunandsharrma@gmail.com
I am really happy that CareersTalk is helping people by providing such amazing session, and definitely Apoorva this session gave me complete clarity. I have my interview tomorrow and it was a booster to my confidence level with clear understanding.....
Very good session Apoorva. It actually changed my perception about SCRUM Masters. I have gone through many theoretical sessions but this one was an on the job kind of learning to understand SCRUM better. Keep up the good work and all the very best.
It was very much helpful to understand the role of Scrum master in detailed way. Thanks for providing such an insightful videos. Please keep up your good work.
Apoorva, I would love if you could get your team to agree to, for example, show a small part of a real daily, a sprint planning, refinement session, review and retro ... that way the viewer could really get a feel and see it, not just from your narration. I'd really appreciate something like this! All the best
Hello Apoorva, thank you for sharing the insight, what could be avg salary for fresher and a exp with 4 years and whatis the right certification for scrum master?
Thank you Sunand for posting One more nice session from Apurva. I have one question, How can we meet the Sprint Goal, when the pending development items are yet to finish and got a feedback from the Stakeholders in review meeting for the presented working functionalities if the Sprint-review has conducted on Day-10 of the Sprint ?
My advice would be to conduct spirit review on 8th or 9th day of the sprint so that your team have enough bandwidth to incorporate the stakeholder changes...and discuss them in retro why these are missed or what can be improved in the refinement session or user story.
@@apoorvakeshav6045 Hello Apoorva thank you for your reply, I still have 2 more questions in mind, hopefully you can clarify them as well🙂 q1) So, for the User-stories which have been presented on Day-10's Sprint review if the Stakeholder requests any changes, we have to do necessary corrections and have to present/show them again in a Sprint review. So, is it necessary or not? q2) The pending User-stories (which were not ready on Day-10's Sprint review) have been completed after the Day-10's Sprint review meeting i.e. either on Day-11 or Day-12. So, for those stories also we have to give a Demo to Stakeholder's in Sprint review meeting right. For the above 2 scenarios when can we facilitate the Sprint review meetings ? I feel that, this leads to facilitate multiple Sprint review meetings in a single Sprint and it also crosses the time box limit of 2 hours for 2 weeks Sprint🤔 Kindly help me to understand and clarify my doubts 🤗
@@falconforever-v8x HI... yes for 1st question, we need to show again after correction n get sign off. But due to early view.. nit much fresh changes will be suggested in demo
Good but Too many meetings will reduce the team productivity and how we can plan capacity planning and it is overloaded for developers and testers they may work on Saturday and Sunday 😊 this is my opinion.
Priority the meeting if really required u can include , if not don't include, in some case we need share meeting points is enough for those ..like that we can plan ....
Yaa, also this is something we are actually doing in our team... for last 1.5 years, no one has worked over a weekend. It is important to timebox the meetings, discuss on point crisply. If anyone is not at all needed in a call, they cn feel free not to join
Hi Apoorva and team , in a 3 week sprint i see you have mentioned sprint review on day 10/11 and sprint retro on day 12 .. ( so each sprint is 5 days × 3 = 15 days) .. what will team do on last 3 days of the sprint ... 13th ,14th , 15th day ?
Hi, I have taken example of a typical 2 week sprint.. if your sprint is 3 weeks, the dates will differ for you.. basically retro is on last day of sprint normally.. thats all

Could you please let me know the abbreviation for CAS please
In terms of India, such roles have work life balance?
Normally yes
