Coach Brian is teaching the invisible Jujitsu. These small details are important . That’s the difference between the Black Belt and the lower belts white through blue. By the time they reach purple and brown belts, they know and understand the mechanics! Thank Coach Brian . You are truly a great instructor sharing your knowledge with the grappling community!
@@TeachMeGrappling well I have to say that down here Cape Town I have a very small little garage gym. Some nights I have 18 guys rolling in 50 square meter(not yards). And I have used so many of the wrestling cross over stuff you show and to great success. I hope to grow a bit more and when I am financially a bit stronger I will defenitly become a member, because I would love to see and learn from the extra stuff. Thanks for all the effort.
Thank you much but I want you to know that I don't offer anything through my member section... it's more of just a donation. I give everything I have to this channel free to everyone!
Coach Brian, love your videos and content. Been following you for almost 10 years. One day would love to visit your gym and train with you guys! Thank you for what you do for the Grappling Community!👊
Really emphasising the importance of manipulating limbs to reduce their mechanical advantage, which they would leverage to escape the pin. Orientation of the arm within space relative to their own body destabilises the platform they would use to launch a counter-attack. Fantastic!
Had to watch the video 2x to make sure I'm understanding it right, but are you saying that after you add the internal rotation to their shoulder joint, you drive their humerus into the mat like a tent stake?
Brian Once again thank you for the knowledge. I have a Black Belt friend that has been using something similar to this. Not exactly how your doing it but same concept. I will work on coaching myself and my guys to use this. P.S its your Face Book friend Evan Robinson of Exalt Jiujitsu. Thanks again and have a great rest of your day.

Only content with so many micro adjustments and details! Thank you 💪🏿🗿✌🏿
There are only two coaches in this world that I absolutely always listen too. John Dannaher and this man.
I got to meet him for the first time at ADCC Trials! He was very kind and said he loves the channel.

Second
I certainly hope ALL your students know what a privilege it is to train under you...I'm sure they do! 🤼
Yeah. Art of pinning is not something you see in grappling gyms. Coach brining that years of wrestling knowledge to bare. Incredibly valuable!
