Nice build. What do you use to make the wall panel frame return around the windows?

It's a combination of baltic birch ply to make the box, and high density foam to make the radius corners to match the windows.

Good question! This one was a 2 person operation. The design of the decking (ceiling) can have an impact on how many pieces are needed. I was able to do another ceiling by myself. It just depends.

Was the chassis a special order from the factory? No dually rear axle?

No special order. The Extended is offered in SRW and DRW.
