I love your freezer meals. It has saved me time and money. Every time I watch a video I see Christie in a cute apron. Maybe we could talk her into creating some apron merch?
I am a university student and I’m so happy I stumbled upon your channel! These freezer meal ideas are perfect and will help prevent me ordering takeout LOL
So far so good Shelley! Everything we've had has been perfect or near perfect with a tweak or two. Sharla really did some hard work to pick these recipes. ♥️ Miss your face!
I live 10 minutes outside Cincinnati and your recipe is very close to mine. I do boil my meat. It breaks down to a finer consistency that way. You put it in the fridge overnight after cooking and the fat rises to the top and you just remove it. I freeze it all the time. FYI - chili with spaghetti and cheese is called a 3-way. If you add onions it’s a 4-way. Also pour it over your hot dog in a bun and add cheese for a coney. Hope you both enjoy it.
OMG, I literally had a 15-meals session last week of only new recipes I collected and wanted to try at some point if I could make them into freezer meals. Such a coincidence hahaha. One thing I'm hesitant about with joining the club is the fact that you can't add your own recipes. It has been almost a year that I'm into freezer meals, mostly thanks to both of you and I'm so used to this thing of searching for recipes, making lists of ingredients, trying them out and keeping them into my little recipe book. I'd really like that feature ! Thank you for your great videos. Hugs from Belgium !
I’m interested to hear how your new recipes turn out. You can add your own recipes into the Club but you have to type them in manually. If you do decide to join, just email us afterwards and we will explain how to do it. It’s not as easy as just linking to a recipe. It does need to be typed in.
Tried the Cincinnati Skyline Chili tonight. It was ... interesting. My husband and brother liked it. I felt like it had very strong flavours and sometimes tasted bitter and I assume that was the chocolate. I'm glad I tried it and if I had again I would want kidney beans in to make it more "chili-like"
Christie we have a device in almost every room -- kids' bedrooms, living room, hallway bathroom (helps my son keep track of time in there with alarms and great for music while showering!) and our room which is where our desks are. And our vacuum/mop I can't remember the brand, but it is automatic and runs on a schedule my husband set. His name is Jaws --- which dates me! (Think Mr. Mom from the 80's!)
All of this is awesome! I'll admit I don't know the Mr. Mom reference. I'm not sure if I've ever seen Mr. Mom but I'm aware of it! lol I don't know what Jaws refers to... Maybe it's time for an 80s movie night!
@@FreezerMeals101 "Where does your Mom keep the vacuum?" Kid: "You mean Jaws?" Those old vacuum cleaners from the 70's and 80's for sure would suck up anything in their path! LOL!!! 80's movies are still great -- just don't try to convince your kids to watch them with you. "This is stupid!" 🤣
My Grils came through with a WIN today! PS. I have been subsituting Pork Chops for Chicken with y'alls Honey Mustard Chicken Burger. If Im out of Honey I substitute Maple Syrup ..now that's REALLY good with Pork Chops.

From what we've tried so far, the potato chickpea tikka masala is great (the sweet potato version is also great but the potato one is better), the one pot creamy sausage gnocchi is a hit, the roasted garlic sheet pans have a lot of potential but need some tweaking, the maple dijon sheet pan is awesome, the baked potato soup is a definite win, the slow cooker sausage and peppers was only so-so, both our families loved the sloppy joes casserole, the chicken turmeric soup is a keeper, the Mississippi meatballs need a cup of beef broth added to them, and the Greek chicken bites were as delicious in those pitas as I was hoping!
