Glad you put denims sa on blast. I have also had a very horrible exprience with them. They were ignoring my messages and I texted them with a different number and they responded so fast, the moment I asked them to attend to my matter the lady continued to be rude.
The jeans I ordered that I was told were zara were not zara when they arrived. Yho hayi shame.
I agree, these designers should translate their sizes for every market they are in. To me it's part of their investment in their business.
