You are so right about the customer service at the inside store. I also didn't know about membership when I went there, there security guy was so cold and blocked me from entering in a rude way. Also on their instagram page they never reply and the fact that they just put codes with no prices just shows they don't really care about potential buyers. Thank you for all the effort to take us inside the the store, I never would have thought it's such a mess inside🙆♀️

There's 3 branches that i know of here in Durban. There's a wholesale shop and 2 shops that sell single items. All are new feeling shops and i definitely agree with you the wholesale shop experience is horrible. The staff is so rude and cold that its even hard to ask questions. The service in the other 2 shops is great though but prices are quite steep, prices are higher than the the other shops that get stock from new feeling😂😂
They hide them because they don't want the general public to know the stock price. They only want wholesalers to have the cost price. Everyone knows where Instagram boutiques get their stock locally
