    I went to my first Bars class quite skeptical since I've done many classes. However, my body and mind were so much more relaxed afterwards, I was sold! :)

    This is helpful! I've been using mindfulness meditaiton this month for relieving anxiety, using books like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels and some online exercises. It helps to train the brain to let go and be okay in silence.
