    Thanks for the instructive videos. The're really helpfull.
    One question: which is the best warm up for a 2K competition ?
    For example, in interval training I note that the last rows are better than the first....

      I think I've done a 20 minute warmup on here. That's the best I've found. As long as you do it properly, and leave around 5 minutes before the TT. It gets you to that point that, as you say, is similar to the last couple of intervals of a set. All the wheels are greased, and you've got the furnace firing!!
