Thank you I tried this today and had so much fun. I have been a smoker for 37 years and I’m now 5 days in from smoking. I would have never been able to do it before and was close to be put on oxygen. I never thought that if I quit I would be able to do something like this. I feel so free.

I do it in the later evenings -- when I typically want to snack-- and it keeps me from giving into the mindless munchies. Hope you give it a try-- I figure I always have 8 minutes so why not!
... came here from some incredibly complex and hyper videos that wouldn't allow me to breathe or properly align my body. Sometimes you've gotta stop trying to prove something and just let yourself move. This video was doable breathable and satisfying. Thank you darling!

I was doing Pilates until I came across your videos and I switched right away. The music and timer makes these workouts so doable and I love them. I just turned 70 so I know how important it is to keep fit and flexible. I already see a huge improvement in my arms and I switch between working on those and my core. 🙏This was the only workout I've done today(so far), but want to report a wonderful, unexpected benefit of having been in here for more than a year now: After this workout, I went out for a walk, & in my nearby park saw a group doing dance/fitness routines right out there. I JOINED RIGHT IN! -a big deal bc, no way did I have the confidence to do this before being a daily fab50s gal! And I could see how relatively more flexible & just how more easily I move now. Afterwards, speaking to a few folks in the group, told them what I attribute my ability & confidence to , which resulted in 2 of the women finding & saving fabulous50s in their phones~ I hope they get in here. Looking forward to hearing about it when the group meets again next week. Hoping they, too will be saying,"Thank you, Schellea!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
