Welcome to my Honda Ruckus Build Series! In this series, I will be showing you the entire process of making doing a custom stretched, slammed, GY6 engine swap Ruckus/Zoomer! I'll cover parts needed, installation tips, mod suggestions and more, but most of all, having fun showing you the choices I make to build a super cool custom Ruckus!
In this video (Part 14), we take care of a lot of little things, get the electronics working, and mount up the front of the battery box and the headlights! It's starting to look like a real Ruckus!!!

I understand that people want the build to be finished, although when it's over, the build series is over! Now I don't know about you, but I love watching these every Sunday with my family.

I really love the no BS, you actually show the frustration and delays, building a bike is full of delays and folk who have not tried may not realise how much time is wasted just waiting for stuff.... hahahahaa soldering stuff without threading it also sucks! :D
i think the rear of the box looks amazing with the stripes turning down DONT CHANGE IT! :)
If it was me I'd leave the turns in the lines like you have currently. I feel like it makes the paint pop that much more! Love the color scheme of this one man!

The stripes gotta turn down the box so they line up with the lines on the rest of it. I'm not even really a fan of the horizontal on the front, but as long as they wrap around to the back and then drop down to meet up with the other lines, I think it works fine.

Suggestions on the Battery Box lines. Maybe you could have the lines cut off with the Motonosity M logo in the middle.

You should put a siren on it, and also the lines look cool how they are on the back of the battery box
@motonosity For the bolts holding your tank cover grab some: acorn cap nuts
They will cover the threaded part of the bolt kinda cleaning it up.
Put one of those mini air raid sirens on it

To get the tire bead to see spray brake cleaner or ether spray a little bit in the tirethen spray a trail from the tire to the ground and light it and it should pop the bead. But make sure the tire strap down to something so it won't launch itself through your garage ceiling.

not sure if someone has said it already but use some kind of flammable spray, spray it in the tire and take a torch and light the gas and it will stretch to fit (tons of videos on here)
and btw; leav the back of the battery box as it is, its beautiful

put a ratchet strap in the middle of the tyre, tighten the strap and blow the tyre up, that usually works
i think you should use the led bar headlight, it will look nicer. its just my opinion. anyway the ruckus sick!!!!

The red stripe on the rear of the box where it turns down on the bend, his masking looked a little shoddy and therefore not leaving a clean bend on on the right red line. Keep the paint scheme to straight lines i think.

Sorry just commenting on this (I know this video has been out for almost a week). I think that the red lines you were asking about if they should run around or dip down like you have them. Personally I think the way you did it with dipping down goes with 99% of all your logo stuff. You always have lines that cross and I think that looks good.
