Pretty impressive. Some very nice engineering (brains) behind those designs. Especially considering it's a "over the counter - commercial" product. Somebody was really thinking. Good job!
i wanna buy one of these manifold.. im thinking the ultra street... would you say that's a good choice for my setup? it is n/a.. some aggressive cams and slightly higher compression ratio than stock. its making around 220 whp. im going to keep it n/a for now and what size throttle body is good for n/a ?? thanks
I have a pro series manifold on my H22 and it's been a fucking nightmare... The fuel rail studs would shear off in the manifold while driving and rail pressure would start pushing fuel past the injectors.. Left me on the side of the road more than I'd like to admit. It turned into a regular occurrence. They'd shear off, I'd tap them out, get new studs & spacers, install them, they'd shear again in a matter of weeks. I even started adding 2 zip-ties to hold the rail down every time I'd replace the studs and spacers because I knew they just break again.. the zip ties would atleast keep the rail in place long enough to get me home and stop a potential fuel leak. Eventually I ditched the studs for grade 8 Allen bolts, I thought I had it fixed and figured i didnt need the zip ties anymore. I was wrong. The last time it happened my car actually caught fire on the side of the road at 3 am, cell phone was dead, closest house was a good 10 minutes walk.. luckily I managed to put out the fire under the hood by smothering it with my sweater, pushed my car backwards then put out the second fire burning underneath the car. No damage to the car other than a slightly crispy harness. After that I decided enough was enough, I took the manifold off and brought it to a local machine shop. They made some spacers out of aluminum, drilled and tapped them out for a much larger Allen bolt and welded them to the manifold. No problems since. Only downside to this is I can now only use injectors that are the same height as obd1/obd2 honda injectors since I dont have the option of using a shorter spacer, no big deal really... After all this I really do think it's a big fuck up on skunk2's design of this particular manifold. For some reason they decided to tap the hole for the rail studs on the very edge of the mounting base, when you install the studs then put the spacers over the stud, the spacer hangs off the back of mounting base. Its offset from the base. Even the machine shop who I had fix it pointed this out as a major shear point. If you own a pro series manifold for an H22 take a look and you'll see what I mean. I've looked at their B and K series manifolds and they dont have this problem, stud holes are right in the center of the mounting base, as they should be. Its almost like they didnt bother to fix the design after it was put into production or they never even bothered to look. I emailed skunk2 to inform them of the issues I was having, I even sent links to hondatech pages of people having similar issues with this manifold. Eventually they just started ignoring my emails, big surprise..
Is the skunk2 intake manifold the first one you talk about , is it loud as the stock one or much louder ? Including alpha 70min throttle body . I'm planing to buy one
So my question is if i go for 300hp with b20 on the bottom and b18 head is it enough to use ultra race Street intake manifold or should I have to use the ultra race intake manifold system??
As someone else said not everyone needs them ported and larger runners could be detrimental depending on the setup. They could polish the runners after casting though, that wouldn't hurt.
Is one in production for the FRS/BRZ twins? If not get on it lol...... if so when would it be released? My Skunk headers and power box intake are lonely......
u guys should make a new pro series manifold detachable itb that u can separates it . for example if u like the whole thing u can just leave it on or want more power take the other half off so it will be itb to make more power
Im confused, you say in your video that the pro series its CARB legal #307-05-0325 but I've been told its not. Part #307-05-0600 (street version) says its CARB legal. Both version fits the engine but Part# 307-05-0600 doesn't fit engine bay in the 2004-2008 Acura TSX. Please confirm.
+Swiftness_ Assuming it is a B18A or B18B yes it will. A GSR B18C1 will not fit as they have different bolt patterns and the B18A&B and B20B&Z do not have dual path intake runners.
Channing Kelso doesn't mean they won't work for d series engines bruh. Also it's not just about an HP number it's about shifting the power band and making more usable power where u need it . Throwing out numbers like a"5hp gain" is bullshit depends on the build ... JS
A DIY Computer Guy Increases plenum volume...which is a sort of buffer air pocket which will come handy especially in all motor application for better WOT response.
That kseries pro manifold is complete shit and i have the pics to prove it. Numerous dyno testings over the years of sub rbc manifold performance. Thanks for finally putting out something that works, 4P will perfect it
You send me a seconds ultra street for my k20/k24 and i wont shut up about tellin the world how great skunk 2 is ...and ... il be your best friend .we got a deal ??

Instablaster.
I have the street ultra wit a 70mm skunk2 pro TB & skunk2 stage 2 cams on a fully built b18c1 & so far it works 100%
+Wilbert Ramos hey did you put the thermal casket on it or did you put a stock one??
hondapower eg no I bought the thermal gasket better stock is to thin
Wish you made the ultra series for the h22a

Good question. Is the base model. CARB legal?

What is the flow difference between a ultra street and the race manifold?
How you gonna say often imitated when that manifold is literally an imitation of the factory CTR/ITR manifold 🤔
True. LOL

So my question is if i go for 300hp with b20 on the bottom and b18 head is it enough to use ultra race Street intake manifold or should I have to use the ultra race intake manifold system??
would the ulrra series manifold fit my 02 rsx ??
Which is better for low end torque?
Do you have a skunk2 ultra intake for a h series
will you guys ever sell turbos?
Did he said "all motor"? I want dat 1
if I bought a Pro Series manifold when I have to get new injectors
Will the race manifold still have a port for the idle valve? Or no?
some one said on pro skunk 2 to use that on b18c4 u have to block off pipes to run it
Would the Ultra series race manifold be good for an all motor build?
Does a d16a6 motor fit a skunk 2 manifold pro series
why dont u just cast them already ported?
Not everyone needs em ported ..
As someone else said not everyone needs them ported and larger runners could be detrimental depending on the setup. They could polish the runners after casting though, that wouldn't hurt.
Do you make a manifold for the 2.7 Porsche 944 NA ?
Is one in production for the FRS/BRZ twins? If not get on it lol...... if so when would it be released? My Skunk headers and power box intake are lonely......
Im thinking about getting the ultra street racing intack manifold and was wondering if it will fit my acura tsx 07 with the k24a2 motor
Acura/Honda only?
Can I used it on a non vtec b18 head
u guys should make a new pro series manifold detachable itb that u can separates it . for example if u like the whole thing u can just leave it on or want more power take the other half off so it will be itb to make more power
for the d16 civic
Which one can I use on my K20z2?
Will there be one made to fit Ls /b20 none vtec ?
Hmmmm I think the blox itr rep was pretty nice
do u guys have ITB's?
go over the skunk2 camshafts

Hes showing intake manifolds for a bseries and you are looking for an intake manifold for a k series
hi do u have any vid of put them on the the b18 lumps and do u have to run the catch can on the gsr in let
Tony Brice jjjj
How much HP and torque (at Max) a pro Manifold can add to a D16 engine??
3-7hp
Adeel Hassan ujj
Go hunt for a b series engine at a junkyard for 200 bucks
Will an 1998 Acura Integra Intake Manifold fit a 1998 Honda CRV
+Swiftness_ Assuming it is a B18A or B18B yes it will. A GSR B18C1 will not fit as they have different bolt patterns and the B18A&B and B20B&Z do not have dual path intake runners.
I have a Skunk2 Aplha 64mm throttle body, can I use it with the Ultra Street manifold?
Min of 68mm is recommended
can you use the ultra intake manifold without the top??
No, but you can put Individual Throttle bodies instead
Could you do this for the d series
they only have the first one they showed, I own a y8 and its pretty pointless to have one unless its built and boosted.
Channing Kelso its not pointless. Gain is gain
Channing Kelso plus you wouldnt use a pre series mani for a turbo y8 you would get the ultra or race series manifolds.
when the product is 250$ or more and you only gain 5hp.... a gain isn't a gain. they don't make them for the d series.....
Channing Kelso doesn't mean they won't work for d series engines bruh. Also it's not just about an HP number it's about shifting the power band and making more usable power where u need it . Throwing out numbers like a"5hp gain" is bullshit depends on the build ... JS
Dear Skunk2.... please make Toyota stuff.
hectorae86 buy a civic
buy a honda :D
Suspension next !
Very cool.
Counting in millimeters, this is America!!!
In america mm is still used. Tools are in mm. MM is used in engineering too...
Metric is superior
do u guys sell manifolds on ebay? or amazon?
or Amazon?
Can these work with a k24z7?? 2013 si sedan?????
they make them for all the k's
BOOSTED_FB6 yes you need the PRL Motorsports adapter..kinda like using the RBC manifold
the ultra series is nice to b16?or b18 NA?
i like this.# from lombok
Why get a spacer? Why does the amount of air it holds matter?
Because physics

Got this on and the car wouldnt start
Ok I don't really understand thats why I watch the video
Wheres the F23 manifold? Oh wait yall make next to nothing for accords, thats right
Lol that sucks.
Do u have anything for 9th gen Honda Accord please let me know?
Is the ultra street fit k24z7 ?
hi do u have any vid of put them on the the b18 lumps and do u have to run the catch can on the gsr in let
Will the ultra street manifold work on a Stock b18ls or stop b20 head?
