I think, matte protector for Pad6 is not a good option if you're planning to use Xioami Pen with it because unlike with Apple pencils, matte surface is NOT compatible Xiaomi Pen nib. I bought one matte protector and then had to replace it because the pen nib used to feel stuck on that surface.

Depends on which device you are using. On my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite I just turn on gestures instead of navigation buttons and that is how I solved this issue. Although, I sometimes backswipe accidentally when drawing a line from the edge of the screen, so that's that.

Yes it works, but just the basic default function that you see in the Mi Notes app (upper button for screenshot)
