So I think you mean after the cheese is made I put it in the whey (salt and watery liquid that come out from pressing the cheese into the mold ) that has the salt in it from making the cheese. Right. Does the cheese get saltier or stronger tasting then for storing it in the whey liquid solution ? Should you store it in the refrigerator or will it keep just fine if it is totally submerged in the liquid? Like I guess fermenting it? Thank you so very much for answering my post earlier. @@sandraolsen6596 Bottled lemon juice is "reconstituted" and is not used by cooks because, despite the label, it does not taste like "real lemon." Just buy and use an actual lemon which has a fragrant sweet/sour note, not a chemical aftertaste.

😪Bei mir hat es leider nicht funktioniert, die Milch (3,5%Fett) ist nicht geronnen, allerdings war es H-Milch. Ob es daran liegt? Oder geht das mit deutscher Milch nicht 🤔
