1.5 liters of milk. 3 eggs. 1 tsp sea salt. 100 gr sour cream or yogurt. 1 tsp coriander. It is excellent for making homemade cheese. Mix well. Bring milk to a boil. Pour in the sour cream mixture. Boil 10 minutes. The milk has curdled. The serum separated well. Prepare a colander and cheesecloth. Leave for 30 minutes. Cover with cling film. Put a weight on it. Leave on for 2 hours. Then put the fridge in the fridge. The cheese is very thick and tasty. My morning starts with a piece of this cheese and a cup of fragrant coffee

2 liters of milk. Today we will make cottage cheese from whey. It was left over from the previous cheese preparation. Heat the milk to about 80 degrees, but do not let it boil. Add whey and mix gently. We leave a small fire. You also need to heat to about 80 degrees. It takes about 5-7 minutes. don't let it boil See how the milk curdled. Don't stir! turn off the fire Let cool down. Put cottage cheese in a sieve. Leave for a few hours. Put a weight on it. The curd is very soft and sweet. This is the perfect meal for your little ones.

Я делаю такой сыр уже давно и поделилась со всеми, но только без приправ. Очень вкусный.Теперь попробую сделать с приправами. Молоко я беру высокой жирности и сметану то же. Так еще вкуснее. У меня получается плотным и его нужно резать ножом. Спасибо.
