AH, I see this is your trailer. Excellent! You totally had me believing your account of the lost painting. I was thinking: "How did they ever learn this? I forgot that Bambi came out in 1942.
Production started as early as 1939 I believe (further back in 1937 if you start with Walt buying the rights to the story)
