    ・Soy sauce...1 tablespoon
    ・Sugar...1 tablespoon
    ・ Carrot ・・・ 1/2 carrot
    ・Sesame oil...1 tablespoon
    ・Salt ... a little
    ・Egg...1
    ・Rice for sushi... 1/2 cup
    ・seaweed... 1 sheet
    ② Tonkatsu roll
    ・Pork ・・・ 100g
    ・Mayonnaise...2 tablespoons
    ・Bread crumbs...2 tablespoons
    ・Green leaf... 1 sheet
    ・Tonkatsu sauce...1 tablespoon
    ・Rice for sushi... 1/2 cup
    ・seaweed... 1 sheet
    ③ Salmon avocado roll
    ・Salmon...50g
    ・Avocado ・・・ 1/4 piece
    ・Salmon roe...20g
    ・ Green leaf ・・・ 1 sheet
    ・Rice for sushi... 1/2 cup
    ・Seaweed... 1 sheet
    ・ Avocado ・・・ 1/4 piece
    ・ Salmon ・・・ 30g
    ④ Sesame roll
    ・Salmon ・・・ 30g
    ・Avocado ・・・ 1/4 piece
    ・Cream cheese...10g
    ・Stick cheese...2 pieces
    ・Green leaf ・・・ 1 sheet
    ・Rice for sushi... 1/2 cup
    ・Seaweed... 1 sheet
    ・Toasted sesame seeds...2 tablespoons
    [recipe]
    1. Make vinegared rice.
    Add the vinegar rice seasoning to the white rice and mix thoroughly. Cool quickly using a fan. Cover with a cloth and set aside.
    2. Cut the ingredients.
    ・Omelette: 2 sticks
    ・Salmon: 1 stick, 12 slices
    ・Thai: 1 stick, 12 slices
    ・Cucumber: 4 sticks (△), 15 slices
    ・Avocado: 3 combs
    ・Shiso leaves: chopped
    ・Kimchi: Finely chopped
    3. Make tamagoyaki
    ・1 egg: fried egg
    ・1 egg: thinly baked egg
    4. Make sweet and spicy beef stew.
    - Stir-fry the beef, add sugar, soy sauce, and mirin, and bring to a simmer.
    5. Make tonkatsu.
    ・Spread mayonnaise on the surface of the pork.
    ・Add bread crumbs.
    ·Deep frying with oil.
    6. Place vinegared rice on the seaweed. Place the necessary ingredients on ① and ② and roll.
    7. Place the vinegared rice on the seaweed. Place plastic wrap on ③ and ④ and turn over. Add the necessary ingredients and roll.
    8. Cut off the left and right ends of each nori roll and cut the whole into 6 equal parts.
