Such a great hack to put down something that needs to be perm. with the hot glue as you are waiting for the medium to dry. Sure hope I can remember that for the next time I am doing something like that.
I have the exact same glue gun and love it! For the molds though, I find it a bit easier to use $1 silicone from the dollar tree. It takes color very well for me without gesso but i do still use my glue gun for them too.
🎃 10/21 Love the "stencils" made with the glue gun !!! That opens up all sorts of possibilities for my card making. I have seen how to create a stamp with a glue gun by placing a glass over the warm glue to flatten it ! I used one of those clear cutting things for the die cut machines (which I don't own) . But I had not thought of the idea for a stencil. So thanks ! 🙋 Nana in se OK usa :-)
yes it does open up so many opportunities. I recently did another video where I used them as both stencil and stamp but never thought to press it so it flattens. that's a great idea

I’m not sure I understand about using glue gun to attach and gel medium. Do you mean use them both, if so please explain.
if you use both it will be more secure because glue from glue gun gets weak over time and things get detached

As per the video combine gel medium and glue gun so that by time the glue gun stay fixed but I don’t know how to put the gel medium with the glue gun

Do you mean watercolors or fluid acrylics. You can use both.
You can even use acrylic paint!
