Awesome video. Wondering what the intake and exhaust valve clearances are.? I have a 2010 1Als1and have 6 thou intake and 9 thou exhaust. Also is there specified torque settings for the cam saddles..? Cheers
Hi, thanks for your subscription, I will upload video regarding removal procedure in the future, but I can tell you the steps right now, first remove the oil pan next to the timing chain cover than align the timing chain and remove it and lastly remove both camshafts and remove the cylinder head.

Can u please explain how to remove the side cover to remove the head..ive taken how the bolts out but cover will not move..is slighty open at the top but closed at the bottom..do i have to remove the sump?
Hello there please help.I have spark same as this one,i overhauled the engine and the cylinder head skimmed cause it overheated badly now my problem is the engine has too much compression,so much it cant even turn with the starter you have to pull it with another car for it to start and when you do that it bends one of the connecting rods because the compression too high.When i take out the spark plugs the starter can turn the engine but you hear the compression is too much.I dont know what to do...Or should i use a thicker gasket? Or should just buy a new cylinder head

Hi,actually i think that my Beat's Mass Air Flow Sensor is faulty.But,I am not sure if its the correct sensor that i have removed, as googled i removed the sensor from duct supplying Air to the engine.But,it would be great if you can give me your email.So,that i can send you thr image of the sensor i removed and u can guide me,if its the mass air flow sensor or not.Thanks

obviously your engine is gone but you can try to use one and a half gasket this may lower your compression
16 lb + 82 degrees is about 16lbs plus a quarter turn?

From left to right number one is the close to drive belt and number 2 is next usual the misfire cause by spark plugs and wires
