I just bought this car (used) and I'm planning to change the spark plugs tomorrow. Looking at this video, I'd better book an afternoon off for this job... It took only 5 minutes on my Ford Focus :)
This is a good start at doing these in car not all has to be removed if only plugs only leads as not all fuel powered car is using fuel show plugs are old , can be six or seven hours , ours has three bracket to undo but two one on side and front will give room to take off and refit but the hose it should be removed for filter housing to the map and the connection to a silver pipe regards helpful tools long ones but really sure for dust etc an engine fail clears on how many flashes the second time it will be okay to look at plugs it not easy but the engine clean should be done during this unless it doesn't operate normal , most hose are clips to plastic mounts if a little jiggle isn't freeing it up in removal don't loose the parts it needs hex keys to do it in one minute ,, thanks for the tip , which plug lasts long term

You should really specify the year of the car, Chevy Sparks don't all have intake covering the plugs, also newer ones are coil on plug design. Whatever is holding your phone wobbling around was making me nauseous. Weirdest part for me though, why no ratchet?!
😢 bloody hell! I have this car, exact same engine and my OBD2 reader is coming with cylinder 3 misfire being the cause of my check engine light... Really, Chevrolet?! That’s one hell of a job just to check the condition of the cables and plugs! Used to help my dad with any work on his cars and it was easy, not like this. I think I could qualify as a mechanic if I can do this 😂 😂 😂
@@srikarvundavalli5934 no I didn’t find any video was planning to do that for my friend car but it doesn’t worth it , just dropped a bottle of Liquimollelly complete fuel system cleaner and that’s it .
@@Sroor2023 I’m asking because the coolant hose behind the engine that goes to the water pump is leaking on my car. It is really tight back there and I think I need to remove the intake manifold and fuel rail to get to the hose unfortunately

I watched it looks like U need when doing a free pair eyes lol the spark and plug removal is a first step for the change you don't actually take off the silver bit oops and there's a silver tube the recycler , so I'm puzzled but will try thanks good video your way

In the gas tank I think. You have to drop the whole tank to get inside to change the combo pump and filter I believe.

Typical asian car you have to dismantle half the engine to get to spark plugs, i would say buy the best spark plugs that last the longest!.
