A conversation with Susanne Ozegowski

As part of Cohort's 5 Sciana Challenge, the Tech Stream working group - comprised of Rachel Carey, Oliver Reich, Alex Schellinger, Harpreet Sood, Ulrike Streit, and Lawrence Tallon - tackled the critical question: How can we develop future leaders who are equipped to use technology to improve health ecosystems?
To explore this further, the group conducted a series of video interviews with healthcare leaders from around the world.
In this first video, they are excited to speak with Susanne Ozegowski, director-general for Digital Transformation & Innovation at the Federal Ministry of Health in Germany and a Sciana Fellow herself (Cohort 1). Susanne shares her unique perspective on the leadership skills necessary to drive digital transformation in healthcare from a systems perspective.
