Just wanted to give you an update DDR.. I took this to class with me.. they loved it.. When I returned the next time.. they asked did I bring my laptop with me.. sadly I didn't.. I also showed them the QI that you had talked about circling the wrist .. even the teacher was impressed and like me.. the students had no clue what was being talked about because they didn't know what they were trying to feel.. .and just blindly shook their heads, many of them said they felt heat, tingling, and could see the palms starting to turn red .. so thank you.. in showing these, and the things that you share.. The class and the teacher.. seem to be more engaged and wanting to move forward.. YOU ROCK!

I tookTai Chi classes about 30 years ago and loved the calm it gave me. Now, at 70 years of age, I am regaining that calm by doing Tai Chi exercises with you. So grateful!

Started yesterday with the 15 min video and right after I felt different which is good. I have alot of Anxiety and depression and I'm bipolar as well. Tai chi is extremely relaxing for me , it's so relaxing I have done it three times in one day. This will be my new go to art.

Thanks David, my 1 complaint is that the rain has begun falling here, but I doubt that you can stop it where you are lol😊

i was wondering if there is something to help heal and strengthen my wrists and other joints...... i have a broken wrist that i had to have a surgery recently which has healed now, but well i am also a seed bead jewelry maker and i prefer to do woven beaded jewelry that deals with a lot of pulling and tugging at the thread and stuff for tension is the key in that.....but since i am a person who uses my right hand to do everything, a fractured and dislocated right wrist is not a good news because now i need to do most of my jewelry with my left hand and write and eat with my right hand......sometimes i have to use my right hand to continue with my jewelry work and that can cause a bit of strain on my wrist.......

I do love your style, and I subscribe, but I'm not savvy enough to know how to follow your instruction in order... there is so much out there and I don't want to do lesson 38 and then 72 if I could do 1, then 2 then 3.... Thank you!

Kay Hicks I agree it’s getting hard to find the next video in the series. I am not Mac savy enough to be able to see the setout of all those videos in sequential order or in a logical way. If you’re coming in midway to the series it’s very confusing. DDR could you think about this please when you name each video please.

do this below video (part one and part 2). over and over and then other video will be easier as you have a base. Thats what worked for me as the brain gets overloaded and wants to stop. Starting this way I was able to progress. ua-cam.com/video/6zXleBtSlzM/v-deo.html

I wish he could face away from the viewer so we are not moving in the opposite direction-it’s easy to get confused, but I suppose with practice...
