I figured out how to get your airplay back if this doesn’t work. First go to settings on your tv then go to system, reset admin and click soft power cycle. After your tv restarts go to extras then go to airplay and turn it on.

The soft power cycle option wasn’t there for me. I ended up just doing a factory reset and that fixed it.

If you don’t see it after you click extra, Go to smart home settings and you should see Apple air play and turn it on.

Ok figured it out 1. Go to extras 2. Go to apple airplay and HomeKit settings 3. Click airplay enabled 4. Turn on but don’t leave stay in that menu! 5. Slide down from the battery on your iPhone 6. Click screen mirroring 7. Wait 10 to 30 seconds for your tv to show 8. Click your tv 9. Wait another 10 secs to 1min and 30 secs 10. Type in code to phone shown on tv 11. Click airplay and HomeKit settings 12. Click set up HomeKit 13. And I’m sure you guys have heard of the rest go to HomeKit add accessory scan QR code and I think it should connect anyway everything else worked for me bye guys!!! Struggling for a while glad I figured out how to do it. P.S. if tv is not working press menu on controller click settings then click reset and admin then click soft power cycle that should reboot your tv CORRECTLY so that it can connect to internet and not still say internet problems!😀😃😉😅😀😄😀👍🏾

i was having this problem as well with my Samsung smart tv as well couldn't figure then i just googled how to turn it and it worked a little different then what you showed her since we have different tv's but worked just went to settings found airplay and toggled it on i never mess with the settings so have no idea how it toggled off and by the way my phone just show the picture in picture symbol i don't think phones say screen mirroring anymore just a thing i noticed!

Hi I’m really confused with mine I go to settings and airplay is not even an option to click on. Like it’s not displaying it on the extras at all! And I had airplay on my tv a couple of months ago but all of the sudden it disappeared. Airplay is not in my outputs, setting, or anywhere. It just disappeared off of the face of the earth. I don’t understand. Since I was able to use it months ago.
