My AirPlay is on and my devices are connected to the same network however, my tv won’t show up in the air play options on my Apple device
Hi, double-check to see if both devices are actually on the same WIFI network, and make sure that your phone is updated, and your TV as well, if the issue persists after the update, then try this, you're gonna unplug the TV from the outlet for 1 minute, and reboot your iPhone, then plug the tv back into the outlet and try again, if this is still happening, then try to factory reset your Vizio TV and after the Factory reset try to set it up again, let me know if you need more assistance, here you have a video showing the steps to reset your TV in case you needed ua-cam.com/video/9EVmnIsFsok/v-deo.html

Hi,@@sino2880 first, take a look at your wifi connection to see if your Wifi is stable and with a strong signal, if so then try to update the Software on your Vizio TV, as well as on your iPhone, and if after this the issue persists, then you should try to reset your router to the default settings and try to do the process again, and if the issue stills persist then do a factory reset to your Vizio tv following these steps: ua-cam.com/video/9EVmnIsFsok/v-deo.html let me know if you need further assistance

Hi, do you see the option on the Vizio TV where it says "Extras "? If so, then select "Smart Home Settings," and right there you should see Apple Airplay and Homekit settings, If this doesn't work, then please provide me with the TV model to look it up and see what's going on.

The option isnt there. Its only Alexa and google Assistant it also vanished from there.

After I went to smart home settings I’m seeing the Amazon Alexa and goingle assistant but I don’t see the airplay anymore I was using airplay on this tv before then when I updated it the airplay went away so I came to this video and this seem to be the problem for me now

Still not working my phone says it can’t reach the tv or it’s not available

Go to SmartCast Home by pressing the V button or Home button on your VIZIO TV remote.
At the top of the screen select the Extras menu (with newer models Extras maybe on the bottom left of the screen) > Smart Home Settings > Airplay > make sure that On is selected.
Make sure that your VIZIO TV and your Apple device are on the same Network name.
Did this and still can’t airplay to my tv.

Hi, let me know if your tv is connected to the wifi network If so, make sure to update the software; perhaps this is a bug in the system, If the TV is updated, then you may try to do a factory reset and keep in mind that this step will erase everything from the TV. thanks for watching
