i train shot put sports just throw it from both hands and Sprint to bring it back and at the end i do standing broad jumps. Thats All just started last week reply if you think it's good or not. And tell what modifications i can do in my training.
I got a L.E. tactical team of 18 right now with limited equipment a couple of tires, sledge hammers, few sandbags and each other for weight. While in a push up position we drag the a sandbag underneath us passing it down the line and then back along with a lot of calisthenics. Iv been trying to find new exercises for team building and hope you can do video on some new ideas, thanks brother the vids you put out already I have definitely benefited from them already.

That's exactly right Brother. Fasting 3 days every month to help rid my body of the toxins, myofascia release massages and chiropractic treatments.
Great video. Im 34 now and have been starting to realize that I need to pay more attention to my recovery and avoid injuries. Badass workouts as usual!

I've been struggling with a few injuries for a while. My training has really suffered. This video has inspired me to do the best I can to train safely. When I was at my peak fitness, I was a Riot on a paintball field. Train hard, train smart.
