I apologize, I have been watching your channel for long time and realized I wasn’t subscribed, I corrected that oversight. Was watching Alisa from EECC and noticed you guys in the background and since I’m booked on Firenze I wanted to watch yours because you guys do such a good job on breaking everything down
So cool that you guys found such a good place with great service in Hacienda Buenavantura! Always awesome to see this! And it being so close to the port makes it even more of a winner! Music group was pretty good. Rather unusual to hear horns in a country song(but in a good way!)!LOL Lovin the Mexican adventures!
Good afternoon, appts this morning! Talk about cold food, on the Breakaway main dining room, food always came out cold, not one day, but everyday. Breakfast, lunch or dinner!!!
Most day pass places (other than Cozumel) seem to take your ID in exchange for returning your bracelet and "checking out" when your time is done. We've had that at high-dollar places like Sandals and Secrets and whatnot, ha ha...
Thankee! No, if I had to do it all over again, I'd go with something like Davinci Resolve if they still have the full-featured free version like they used to!! :D ~Jay
I liked the Hacienda All-Inclusive that you chose. Walking distance, and it looked like a relaxing place. I was going to Sunscape (Coco cafe-Jay!!!), but changed to RIU-PV which was great too. Massive buffet, flowing adult beverages, multiple pools and beautiful beach. Uber- 25 minutes, safe and about $18-19 each way.
Yesssss, we had RIU as our original thought for the day, probably the adults-only one, but decided a little walking option would be good this time around. We might hit one of that trio of RIUs next time, who knows!! :D
We have a waterproof rolltop backpack (in our Amazon shop!) that we use to take our valuables into the water in situations where we feel unsafe, but at this property we felt that we could leave our stuff on the chair within semi-clear line of sight range and be okay!! :D
Puerto Vallarta seems to observe Central time, so they’re typically two hours later than California time. But that could depend on daylight savings time.

Across the street from the Hacienda and down a little side street there it’s a kiosk for locals to get tortillas handmade. I bet they get them there because they were also the best corn tortillas I’ve ever had and I’m from Southern California so I’ve tried plenty) Puerto Vallarta is my fave city in Mexico because it’s so friendly 💜
What a small world. I went here in 2018 for college spring break! It was an affordable trip and more relaxing then rowdy. Great memories. Glad you guys liked it!
Mojito but made with bourbon instead of rum? A mint julep. Perfect for Kentucky Derby season. I’ve always wanted to go to Puerto Vallarta, because there’s where to Love Boat went every week.
I realized that when you where at the buffet (on Land) when you would move the camera side to side it would get blurry i dont know if its just me or the camera?
Ah, sometimes the camera chooses to focus on something else, like a sneeze guard or something else, ha ha... rather than the food, so I'm sure it's not you!!
You guys should do the tequila factory tour. We went to 3 different ones. It was really interesting-all were family owned and operated. I signed up for the 830am tour, so I’d have more time I time. The only thing was we were having chips, salsa and margaritas at 10am! 😂
Coming from Mexican in laws for 20+ years, this Buffet is my DREAM
The band Queen is timeless….even our teen grandkids love them😂
My friend and I are thinking of doing this now. Like that is walking distance.
It was SO close! We loved hanging out there for the day, especially if your timing works for the discounted half-day pass!! :D

We honeymooned in PV in 2006! I think I bought a backpack from that Walmart.😂
Great review! Carnival really is the FUN ship!

Looks like a fun time. I would have bought so many baseball hats

Great video.... thank you!!!!🚢
Looks like a fun place to go. Don’t love they take your ID for the day.

Excursion day resort looked fun! Curious, do you always tip the servers?
@ginas.6656 We typically do, yes! The bar staff at these places is always pretty spectacular, and we appreciate that!! :D
What do you think of the Mexican Riviera itinerary in general? Have never done it and was thinking about it for a future cruise.
Hi! Love ALL the content. What video editing software do you use? You like it? Shopping for another. Thanks!

Did you leave your backpack on the chairs? Security? May be in PV in Oct.

Hello! What was ship time versus Puerto Vallarta time? Were they the same, or if not, was Puerto Vallarta earlier or later than ship time?
Puerto Vallarta seems to observe Central time, so they’re typically two hours later than California time. But that could depend on daylight savings time.
@@parodeejay Copy! Thank you for the response!
5:55 come on, man, don't take up residence on the steps
I noticed that also… a bit rude.
Hi all. Can you pay with USD or a credit card?
They're sort of a locals' place, so credit card or pesos should be fine. Not sure about paying in USD cash though.
Thank you
have to leave your ID’s mmm 🤨

I love your honesty about the food
Did not expect to hear a Georgia Satellites cover. Cool!
This place looked like a great place to spend the day! I am happy I was able to watch your time there, as well as a great 80's party!
