Yall have lifted my mood. With all the awfulness in the world and specifically people talking about how dangerous Mexican ports are, Dee and Jay bring a positive attitude, respect for local culture, and deliver a fun video!
Hey, guys. I'm a relatively new subscriber. Just wanted to jot a note to say I *always* love your food reviews. I like that you show the menu, that you take photos of what you order and that you critique the selections after dinner. Thanks so much for your delightful videos!
Great tour! You guys are never cold so I really can’t even imagine how frigid it was in that lounge. I would have taken one step in and said “nope” and turned back around! 🥶
They definitely didn’t want you to go hungry on that tour! I don’t know that we’ll ever get to Mazatlan, but this tour will definitely be on our excursion short list! Yum!!!
HI 👋 U2! Always enjoyed Mazatlan ❤️. Great place for inexpensive massages, food, and beach views! They needed to add a Margarita stop 4 sure!! Can’t wait for my Alaskan cruise 🚢 June 1st on Royal Princess!! Blessings 🙏🌼🌺🌸
What's the name of the marketplace you went to in Mazatlan. We go in October and it looks like a good place to get some food. Also, how far from the ship. Thanks.
That tour looked awsome, you got to see the real city, not just the tourist traps. Your enthusiasm for the local food and drinks is addictive. Just having 4 keeps it moving it seems.
Agree! I’ve seen other cruisers saying they don’t even get off the ship in Mexican ports because of all the gang crime. Dee and Jay take the common-sense precaution of using well-reviewed guides, and the experience looks wonderful!
@@React2This Kind of funny if you think about it isn't it? They will spend a night before the cruise in Miami, LA, or NYC (not gang free cities). But not a few hours on a guided tour in Mexico.
I'm going back in a couple weeks on Navigator. Mazatlan is famous for fresh shrimp. Dee sure gets happy when it's good food haha Did you see the cliff divers on a previous trip? There's a Corona brewery too
A 25-minute video of ours should have approximately 3 “midroll” ad breaks at timestamps that we’ve authorized, or possibly 4 depending on the video flow. No more than that. We’ve found that YT sometimes glitches and put like 20 commercials in a video though, which is NOT what we ever intend. How many ad breaks did they serve you?
I have followed you two for 5 years and cannot recall as of lately approximately 5 to 6 ads, some we cannot skip. This was why I finally posted about it.
Oh good, it's working as intended. We don't get to choose the content or skippability of the ads in the breaks, only the quantity of breaks and location. My general rule of thumb is one break per 6 minutes of content, so on this 25-minute video, there should have been one pre-video break, as well as three mid-video breaks, for a total of four breaks. If you're seeing 5-6, those videos were probably 30-35 minutes long, so that's correct. We figure giving a bit of your time freely to watch ads is better than asking you directly for money to help support our efforts, and we hope you'd agree, otherwise there's always YT Premium without ads!! :P
Absolutely love Millie from the Fun Squad. We enjoyed her on the Spirit in February 2023. A Darling Young Lady. Glad to know she is back❤

I love the smaller group tours, you don’t feel rushed.

Whoa! How many commercials are necessary?
