Can’t wait to see them rigged out. One good thing about using them for deer hunting is you don’t have to worry about exhaust smells on your clothes like with a side by side. That’s what I loved about using my electric golf cart.
Most hunters I know have no problem spending $3000 on an old Honda or up to $20,000 on a side by side just to get to their hunting or fishing spot. I don’t see a problem with e-bikes. They can get in places you can’t easily get to on a side by side without bush-hogging a trail in advance. For the price, it seems like a win for a hunter on a budget. One might spend thousands on camo and a firearm/scope but struggle to get to the best spots. This can get you there, for sure. I know you won’t review anything in your channel that you won’t use, personally. That’s a good thing. The fact is, the amount of time you dedicate to content is insane and crazy expensive. A sponsor boost here and there or a product review can help a lot. Keep it real.
I agree. I have more in my deer rifle than the cost of this bike. It comes in around $2300, but that's nothing to most hunters these days for quiet transportation. I've spent way more than that price point on hunting each year
Hey. Pretty good review! I use an ebike for hunting. Its not really a hunting type of bike. It came bright blue but i painted camo. Works great though. I hunt a lot of public land in Florida. Only a few management areas allow ATVs or UTVs and have to stay on same roads as vehicles. There are a lot of trails and closed roads and fiebreaks that I can ride my bike on though. When you can get to stand in 10 minutes by bike instead of an hour walking it sure helps get a little further from the road and other hunters.
Also. Look around online to figure out how to disable the governor. My bike was governed at 20mph. Disabled it and now goes 28-32 mph with throttle only.
This is a great ebike. To me, the noise on none of the bikes is overbearing. Most are fairly quiet. This is by far the most comfortable bike we have to ride, because of the independent suspension. Only thing I can say so far I like better on our others is the elect throttle on them is on the right handle bar. It's on the left on this bike. I'll also add while this seat isn't bad at all, I'll eventually upgrade all our seats to cloud 9 seats. They only about $30. This bike is also pretty tall. I'm 5'8", and I can get on it, but it's a stretch as you get older. Folks by size and shorter, not a bad idea to look at step through models. Only other thing to keep in mind is it appears to me that bigger tire bikes like this are way more forgiving on bumps and more comfy to ride, but it seems as though they have a little less torque on off road steep hills. Smaller 20 in diameter tire bikes with same motors seam to have more low end torque. Flatter roads, trails, or blacktop, bigger tires is my pick. Lastly, the only reason we are not using this bike more, is I don't have a rear rack for it yet. As a hunter, I want a rear rack. It was listed as out of stock. Front basket is available, but I want a rear also. If it doesn't come available soon, I'll just make my own.
@@godscountryhuntingfishing1638 Really appreciate the time you took to provide additional insight! I'm also 5'8" and have a 31.5" inseam and am looking at the ST model. I want to be able to jump off the seat if needed and not have the bar cause a painful situation between my legs, if you know what I mean. Glad to hear it is comfortable. That's what I'm going for. I've taken my Lectric XP 3.0 offroad on a dirt path a few times and have probably pushed it beyond the design intent.
@@godscountryhuntingfishing1638 I have one with 26" X 4.9 fat tire that would do a little better in mud. The tire was expensive, $160 each to replace. Only replaced the worn rear tire and the inner tube still the original after 7 years of use. The front tire is still the original. I tried a smaller 26 X 4 generic brand replacement ($80/2 tire and 2 innertube eBay) but it deteriorated within a year. Have to stay with name brand when it comes to bike tire.
@godscountryhuntingfishing1638 Tree stumps are your biggest enemy, it would be worth taking the kickstand off. plus, they have a habit of picking up grass and twigs. Happy cycling though, I wish you well with her.
@tonyyates2012 sounds like you got a good bit of experience with them. Thanks for the recommendations. I'll definitely keep them in mind. Thanks for watching
I'm going to be honest, I love y'alls channel and I hope making any comment will help your channel. But I don't get whats going on here. There are a lot of junkie UA-cam channels that do these "review" video's for products some company sent them. Hell man I'm not spending $2000 for any bike! I LOVE your channel ( But not this stuff ) I like the real knowledge you impart to people through your fishing videos. I'll bet there are a lot of other things you've really learned through experience and other real good ideas you've used that can help folks out. This bike is only for someone with some large disposable money. You can get a fine bike for $10 used just over $100 new and upgrade it with some e bike motor kit for another $200 - $500 then under $700 you can have an e bike if you think its something that wont just end up collecting dust.
All due respect, were not a review channel, but we have said we may at times review products that we implement into our content, and that's what we're doing. While these bikes aren't cheap, there are many hunters starting to implement them into their arsenal. They are quiet, and effective in getting to and from turkey hunting locations and deer hunting locations without leaving scent behind. We don't sell products, but we do tell people our thoughts and ideas on things and products, just like we do hunting and fishing gear. I personally know several people that use these bikes now instead of ATVs for hunting where legal. No matter what outdoor channel you watch, at times they are gonna introduce products, and we're no different.
@@godscountryhuntingfishing1638 Ya fair enough. I had a second thought on the whole topic. I decided it doesn't matter even if it is or isn't my favorite video, I'm glad you had opportunity to do it. I hope other good companies send you stuff to check out because you guys deserve it. You've passed on tons and tons of great outdoor knowledge I hope lots of good things come your way. And I bet the bike is sweet ( for sure nicer than a $10 bike that you mount after market motor system on LoL ) Keep up the great videos of all kinds and God Bless!
@livingritual1965 No problem here man, our goal is to Unite outdoorsmen. We don't expect review videos to be our best videos, but it is part of what we do, and we will be using these products. We don't do many and turn down offers every day to do reviews. I've never owned a ebike till recently, but I've always wanted one. Lots of people want them but it's a lot of money not knowing what your getting. All were trying to do is inform that these bikes are ok, and if someone spends their money on them, they will get the job done. We turned down numerous offers on other ebikes for review. On another note, expect a great video tomorrow Morning!!

Scent free is a huge plus with EBikes

Quietly also. I'm super excited to start bow season on this new bike!!
Will do, thanks for the advice!!
Looks like a great bike. How's the noise from the motor? How does it compare to other ebikes?

@oarfish12 sounds like a good investment!!
The quite transport seem to be great fit for hunting
It's pretty sweet. These Ebikes are gonna definitely be in our use hunting!!!
Better take off that kickstand if you want it as a bush bike, before the bush removes it for you, lol, nice bike fella.
Hope I'm not hitting that much brush. We got lots of pretty good clean trails I'll be using it on, but the terrain is rough in places

I had 4 E bikes within the past 7 years and I will say that this bike is a decent deal at $2K.
I really think so also. It's only our second, but I think it's loaded for that price point.
