I listen to Evanescence since I'm 13 y old, now I'm 30 and still listen to it. They have been with me most time of my life and I feel very grateful for it 💟
Me too! Amy's words and big vocals got me through a lot of big emotions and helped me get catharsis through how I felt. It's an honor to see her and the band develop and see how I've developed along the way.
Same!
Same here, so glad to see they are back and touring again
I listen since I was like 14 and now I'm 29 hahaha
Same here❤️🤘🏻
Amy is amazing, super gifted goddes. I've been on their show this summer in Europe. Definitely one of the best concerts in my life. Her voice is just pure perfection and really much better than in her twenties. I can't wait for new projects, new music of Evanescence or of Amy.
Honest, real and beautiful. That's Amy over all these years. Love her ❤
But u Still have all of me
Love how she circles back to the original questions and really tries to answer them in full. It's a thing I've been observing for years now. It shows that she's really living in the moment and caring for journalists job.
I've always loved Amy's voice, but when I saw them in Leeds last week i've got to say the live version is way above the recorded songs. I still get chills thinking about that night.
I love the way she talks about Sharon ❤ She is always being so respectful towards other musicians even though she is one of the greatest musicians in the whole wide world.
yeah sure she is, the same way she was towards Seether and blasted a man's life to the world?
Scooter Ward would say diferently.
I'm glad I chose Amy as someone to look up to.
I've stuck with Evanescence since The Open Door era.
I see her growth through all the line up dramas and the nature of duality amongst people who listen to Evanescence and rock.
Amy has stuck to her intuition and has had faith in herself. Something everyone needs.
Still my number one crush after 20 years. Absolute GODDESS
Same here after 23 years and still my crush!!!❤
She has the prettiest eyes I have ever seen.
Saw them in anaheim last month. Her voice is amazing. So powerful.
I'm 43 and I still listen to evanescence!
Same, but I'm 39. Went to their World's Collide Tour and there were plenty of grey haired people in the crowd!
I’m 53, saw them in Birmingham a couple of weeks ago, loved EV since their first album 😊
@@sarabartlett4995 Hey I went to Birmingham too :)
Saw Amy live on the 14th of November this year, in the O2 Arena in London and my goodness, 'My Immortal' ' and 'Imperfection' made me cry hearing it live, even though I've heard the song in my earphones 100's of times. Amy Lee has quite *literally* saved my life, multiple times. I hope. to be able to meet her and tell her this myself one day. Since 2012/2013, Evanescence's music has saved me.
Amy I know may never see this but thank you you’ve inspired me forever ❤
Amy Lee is an amazing person all around n her music has saved my life n has spoken to me in so many ways. We love u Amy Lee & band❤ god bless u y'all n y'all family
Amy Lee is my biggest idol. 💜🖤💜
AMY IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND ALWAYS
I've always felt Amy and Evanescence were the perfect mix. Hard rock backing to Amy's angelic voice, and now I discover Amy loves cats, which is even more perfect.
I love evanescence amy Lee because her music is very beautiful and when my son was in my stomach I put immortal on and he went to sleep and when he was a baby I put her music on and he went to sleep under 5 minutes until right now he still love her music and he still sleeps under 5 minutes and he is 9 years old right now she is a great inspiration to me and my son and my babydaddy because of her beautiful music and I have her CD
AMY LEE PLEASE MAKE A NEW ALBUM WE LOVE YOUU😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
The Bitter Truth is such a great record, like an amalgamation of some of the sonic concoctions of Evanescence alongside the raw rock, while also being modern, fresh and forward. For sure their second best record after The Open Door. I'm glad it was received so well, it was definitely one of the best rock/metal of that year.
Amy you have such a beautiful soul and an awesome mind 💜💜💜💜💜😻🥰
Hope they come to South America real soon
Great interview! Love how she's ready to start getting creative with Ev again!
I will always make time to go see them at all their Texan shows!!! 💙💙💙💙💙
Such a sweet energy I love Amy so much🥺
Still so gifted and beautiful. Love ya Amy! ❤️
Happy she's still going strong and at it. Keep it up Amy Lee big fan since daredevil
Seen Amy and the Evanescence in Birmingham couple of weeks back, absolutely amazing!!! Thank you for playing Imaginary! 😉 Loved it 😍 #Evanescence #AmyLee
I've been beside you for 20 or so years.
You change the world, and we love it.
I love her so much . She is one of the reason i am still alive. She doesnt know...but this is true .
i love amy, one of my fav vocalists off all time
been a fan since the 90s and I love Amy!! Her voice is so amazing live and I’m go grateful I got to see her perform. Evanescence is just an amazing band and never fails to disappoint with releases.❤
I knew about Evanescence years before, and knew about a few songs, but didn’t get right into them until around 2010. And have loved them since. Great band. Love the newest album. I’m crushed I can’t afford to go see them next month here in Australia.
I'm glad that she's still so excited about everything. I'd like to see how the musical creative process works.
I would love for you all to come back to Trinidad and Tobago ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Must be difficult not to hey hypnotized by her beauty and charisma. Loooove her 🫶🇦🇷
🔥🥰🔥 Lovely!

Evanescence is the soundtrack of my life indeed. I was 13 when Fallen came out and fell in love with them and now, in my 30s, I still listen to their songs every day.
Thanks for being there for me and getting me through some of the most difficult sh*t of my life so far. Respect
Ugh. My love for her music runs deep. Love the new album and all the previous ones too. I'm living for whatever she does with the new album 🖤 Her voice is incredible and I can't wait to meet her in person Lord !!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
The total confidence of being called a bitch and being fine and carrying on comes with age and life experience. Especially when you go through a lot of struggles and pain. Then you really own your bitchoood. 😌💜
Amy is an inspiration
Great interview
Amy is such a likeable person and I could listen to her for hours. I listen to their music since "bring me to life" in 2003, I was 13 and blown away. Still am. I wish her and her friends and family all the best. Also really loved the person who interviewed Amy. Very likeable as well.
Beautiful love your voice amy. Your the star!!
🤩🤩💜💜💜evanescence
I’m a big fan of Evanescence since 2006 and I saw them live too in 2019 extremely stunning
I saw the 2 bands in Munich in Nov 2022. A totally wonderful experience. So glad they did it. A wonderful evening with tears and joy.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊
Amy has beautiful eyes
Diosa de diosas..
Gosh I love Amy’s boots where can I find these ?
They're (sold out) boots by demobaza. Those are called moon rovers. She got a lot of her stage fits from there, too
@@Nana-vs1ll they must be back in stock what size would I wear if my boots are 91/2 Womens
But I am kind of in shock because she is close to my age I'm about to turn 40 and she is 41 years old she looks pretty for her age
My late teenage years I grow up and still listing to their music..
X...press yourself...💓💓💓

La amo! Y amo a sharon! Verlas juntas es un sueño hecho realidad 😭

She's so nice and humble! I can't wait for new music!
for her bitter truth is new music, i recommend you not hold your breath

I like her singing, not sure about the fighting message for people however. Interesting interview though.

How does she still look so good and hot
I really wish some interviewers asked about the decision to replace Jen. Nice interview anyway
true.. why was Jen kicked out of the band?
You want to comment irrelevant stuff on videos, go look at the receipts on Reddit, for example, from that time about Jen majorly screwing up, putting the band's safety at risk, spilling confidential medical info to her fans (who outed her comments themselves) during a trying time when people in the band and crew tested positive for COVID and it forced them to pause touring, her spilling about Amy having a breakdown during the COVID crisis, her previewing unauthorized clips of unreleased songs, her losing the whole band's trust, her getting angry with her fans for publicly posting her behavior and saying she might be fired, and then when she was she put up an act pretending it was suddenly sprung on her in order to get sympathy, while the band was classy and released a cordial neutral statement on her release to not draw drama and negatively affect her public image. Many others would've even sued her for breach of confidentiality. Plus her own ex makeup artist commented on how unprofessional she's been behind the scenes and that she has a habit of mocking and talking crap about people behind their backs since she was with prior bands.
Editing to add: And btw, apart from this crappy behavior, she clearly was just using the attention and publicity from being in Ev to crowdfund and promote her own stuff. She was a largely unknown guitarist Amy hired off of someone's recommendation when former guitarist Terry stopped touring due to his health, giving her the chance of a lifetime to be in a successful band with major name recognition; a band she didn't even contribute to creatively as she joined on tour, Synthesis was an orchestral project, and the recent album The Bitter Truth's guitar was pretty much guitarist Troy's work (he and Jen confirmed it themselves before this); She didn't even step foot in the studio with any of them due to being in another country and then COVID hitting. And I remember her often recording herself while with the band since the beginning, but rarely the band (except some clips with Amy, the most famous one), just mostly promoting herself and her 'look how fun and one of you I am' public persona. And then asking fans she gained thru her connection to Ev to help crowdfund her own things. When her own fans exposed her actions, she deleted several of her past vlogs and went quiet on social media. After she was let go and her behavior bts surfaced, everything was pretty clear in hindsight.
I'm glad Emma's with them on bass. She's an excellent bassist (frankly, better than Tim was, though he was very solid), plus her voice is really good and mixes really well with Amy's, which is the first time.
@@carpediemearth i don't want to comment on irrelevant stuff. I think that the replacement of a musician in a band is much more relevant than many of the questions this and other interviewer asked to Amy (let's say it, we hear the same questions everytime).
I heard something of what you have written in the comment but is it true? Should we trust what's written in Reddit?
@@zingapore4007 Lmao. And as expected by your first comment, a predictable and transparent reply lol. Learn to use "I" as you're speaking about yourself, not humanity or a worldwide collective. No point in entertaining nonsense, your comment speaks for itself.
@@carpediemearth I honestly don't understand this reply, and I don't see why my comments have been so upsetting. Anyway, have a good day.
Amy i loved your injections on what this life is like and the assumption its all partyig drinking sex etc. not even close getting to see anything you planned to your lucky to get to!!! its all FOR THE SHOW and everyone forgets we are not robots we deserve to LIVE zs well at leasr some of the time!!!!
Fraction of a whole
Next album 2030
I’m thinking 2032
@@Ericjionni I'm thinking this was the last album 😂 . It was the weakest of all the albums even Thier Pre fallen stuff was Wayy bertter and just simple.
@@UriBlack haha although I did like this album I agree it was their weakest (and so short?? After all these years you’d think we would have gotten more songs). If it’s their last album I certainly wouldn’t be surprised
@@Ericjionni I had high hopes for her because when the self titled came it was Soo different , she seemed very happy and enthusiastic. When she returned with the Synthesis it felt like she got hit by a bus. I had assumed her Depression or whatever was a face just like fallen. Maybe I'm looking too deep into it.
Amy is butfle and sweet 😋 ❤️
Amy Lee - Sexy Rocker Girl !
E...knock noch knocking..third eye
To me, this New record isn't as good as the others. It has good moments, but it just feel a little bit off. I hope the next one sounds a way better
YO #AMY . . . LYNN LEE ?
#HARTZLER
#ANNASITZLER?
THIS IS HEAVY? 2022? #WTF

Oh... 👌
So Amy as in... The One?
I still think it’s weird that she randomly swapped the female bassists
Jen caused her dismissal by leaking the bands private info to her fangroups (who exposed her to amy). She was kind of shady but worked hard to look good
@@survivorbest4589 wow really? I didn’t hear anything about this… like what kind of personal info? Or is there somewhere online where I can read more about this?
The former guitarist leaked extremely confidential and private information to this group of fans before the band could make the proper announcements like the fact one of the band members tested positive for covid, a mental breakdown that Amy had during the tour, she (Jen Majura) used to leak important announcements the band was going to do like the postponement of many shows due to the pandemic, she even said in this group in facebook that she had been warned by the band to stay a little bit away from social media, certainly because of these leaks, something she also shouldn't have exposed, and all of that resulted in the her resignation.
I notice that the band and especially Amy, try not to touch on this subject or expose Jen's breaches of contract in interviews, which I think is very admirable since many people who don't know what happened, usually take a position attacking and even cursing Amy and the band in favor of Jen (I'm not talking about you, just about other comments I've read) when in fact, Jen just reaped what she sowed.
@@jessicamaria2092 What an intriguing tale! Thank you for sharing.
I’m using my voice and not voting anymore bc both sides are acting like children
IMO she destroyed her career by year long pauses and leaving the record label. Their music went downfall
She did it on purpose, a lot of things came after, she said she did not want so sell her soul for fame.
It was over after the self titled album and the tour afterwards.
@@MrMAIRENEE I get it. I'm not saying she did wrong, but in the perspective of a fan who always wanted more, she was somehow a disappointment. I mean, so much talent that was underutilized
@@leoni7649 she never stopped working. Two scores, a solo album, a solo cover ep, legends & lyrics, solo shows, pregnancy. Not releasing an evanescence album doesn't mean her talent went to waste. She simply doesn't care about the exposure evanescence brings to her life, even after years of hiatus they're still solding out tours and making it to the charts...
@@pxblx nothing really relevant tbh
damn, she got large 😭 such a shame, she really was one of the most beautiful women in the world!
Big. 👏 Is. 👏Beautiful. 👏
"You never know what can happen...when you inhale a dozen doughnuts for breakfast."
Fat shaming in 2022 is so out of date. Go get a life :)
First of all: She is almost 41 years old, a mom, and still goes to rock off for hours on stages all over the world. This woman has so much energy - fatshaming her would be redundant. Then, secondly, she is tiny with a curvier body type. Nothing to fatshame here. (besides the fact that fatshaming is so lame. Why say something mean?) And last but not least: have you ever heard of different face shapes? Not everyone has a perfectly oval, skinny face. Some have round, diamond or heartshaped faces - they look "bigger". Get a life.
Lol have you seen your face in the mirror 🤪
@@miguelromero9189 These misogynists stalk female artists videos just to talk trash and upvote their own comments 😂
Now let's see your face and body.
I'm sorry but TBT is boring generic radio rock, apart from a few songs. That Evanescence magic just isn't there.
