I HAD A SONIC PHASE TOO IN MIDDLE SCHOOL AND MADE MY OWN OCS AND OMG THOSE DRAWINGS ARE SO EMBARRASSING SO I PLACED THEM IN THE VERY BACK OF THIS 3" BINDER I HAVE WITH SOME OF MY OLD ART. ALONG WITH 50 BILLION POKEMON DRAWINGS FROM MIDDLE SCHOOL IN THE BACK TOO. But I also thought I wanted to be a fashion designer as a kid so I have a lottt of drawings from that phase too xD I remember I drew a girl and my dad told me I should be a fashion designer and I was like OKAY!
I have 1 more year of middle school left, feels so so long. But I can't wait for high school because all the classrooms are flexible seating, we get to make our own schedule (which means you can have classes start at 10, woo hoo!) , and we can choose classes from a list, English and math are required tho..😬

Very relatable video, i would store my drawings in a cardbord box for shoes. But then, some time later, i purged out a third of these drawings and i upgraded the rest to be stored in portfolio-kinds-of folders. Just so i can take them out and browse them easier. Your art/ OC-making journey sure looks fun! 😁

An oc book is a cool idea actually, just having something to refer to when drawing your ocs in a small pamphlet. Idk, I know that people make character sheets but I just think just having a pamphlet would be neat ;;
You really inspired me to come out of my comfort zone! I tdied medibang(on my phone) and I love it! I'm really exited because my parents said that they will get my a laptop before highschool and I'm saving up for a drawing tablet! Or I could just my fathers drawing tablet lol but he uses it. Thank you so much!
On FireAlpaca it wont start drawing when my pen is on the drawing tablet and it only really starts drawing when I scribble or like an inch from where I started drawing.
i remember alot of my old art because i only started drawing seriously for about 3 years now and the colors were so ugly and my anatomy sucked so much and some of it was edgy as heck, i kept all of it though, from my very first sketchbook to now and i remember being obsessed with undertale lol i mean my anatomy isn't that great but i'm getting better :')
