I have a question what is your personal opinion about landa and funrise realestate investing apps landa has 400 rental properties and funrise I read owns 20,000 commercial properties what if someone wants to go that direction invest let's say realistically 80 landa rental properties to make $500 in each of them monthly and in funrise invest in 80 commercial properties to make $625 in each of them quarterly so in landa make $40k every month and in funrise $50k four times a year what is your personal opinion on that.
Also if someone was interested in investing in individual stocks dividends companies like a mixture of monthly and quarterly stocks dividends companies and this person only wants to make $700 monthly and quarterly that's it in 24 different monthly stocks dividends companies and 24 quarterly stocks dividends companies only just $700 only what are your thoughts on that as well
